Great stay everything in walking distance

Spent a couple nights. The staff were very kind & accommodating! Enjoyed the location.

Very nice will stay here again

From the moment we arrived, everything was great. The Valet gentlemen were working hard, the front desk staff were so friendly and the hotel was beautiful. The room was just as beautiful with many upgraded fixtures and amenities. Despite the training moving nearby, the room was so quiet. Also, the bed was like a cloud and just perfect after a long day! We had breakfast downstairs at 8th Notch before traveling home and we were very pleased. They had several different options for both food and drinks and the quality was top notch. We could not have been more pleased with our stay!

Beautiful hotel, & loved the room. Great bed. The pillows were extremely soft though, which made them very flat. I suggest bringing one of your own. We did not ask if they had any other pillows. Maybe they offer them? We had a room with just one king bed. It also had a huge walk-in closet. Everything was very clean. Perfect walking distance to Helium comedy club, Gainbridge, Arts Garden & Momument Circle. I only have 2 complaints about the hotel. When we checked in the front desk is in between 2 doors that lead to a huge room where they host weddings, etc. There was a wedding going on and it was so loud. I couldn’t hear the staff member. She even made comment about it. My other complaint is the staff at the café. When you walk in to the right is a beautiful café with great specialty coffees, pastries, full breakfast, sandwiches, and to go items. They are very pleasant but 80% of those that we ran into did not speak much English. So it was very hard to communicate. We had pastries & coffees when we arrived the first night and the next morning we had breakfast there. We ordered 2 stuffed French toast plates and 2 coffees. We got the 2 coffees and 1 order of French toast. We told them that we did not get the 2nd one and we ended up not getting that 2nd one until +20 mins later after we had gone up there 2 more times. Then they brought 2 more orders because they were confused. Self parking in Blue garage is perfect. I would park there then go check in. Hotel only has valet.

Major problem with vallet. Backed up for over an hour. Had to pay for parking elsewhere & was told we would be compensated for it. Check out comes around and was told there was nothing that could be done besides a free breakfast

Breakfast downstairs was just as bad. Oatmeal not cooked, My English muffin was cold and rubbery. I brought it up and they didn't understand so gave me yogurt I stead??? My husband's egg sandwich was also cold. Front desk people were amazing!!! That was a plus otherwise I would NOT recommend your hotel.

Great Hotel in the Downtown district

Everything was great !

Beautiful hotel with a very spacious room. Perfect location for downtown activities. The only downside was the parking. We asked the front desk and were not given very much information and ended up at a lot that made us pay $35 on every entry/exit. Found out that a surface lot would have given us in/out privileges. Would have been helpful to have that info from hotel.

Even with a room mix up, everything was great! The staff was amazing.

The room and bathroom were nice. The bathroom was a little small, but it was. There was plenty of closet space.

The property appears to be under construction, but is well hidden. The front desk staff were friendly.

Everything about the property was fabulous!

We didn’t make a reservation, but the staff was incredibly helpful and patient. we got the standard king bed room. Kind of small, but it wasn’t that much of a concern. Shower is good, no tub. bathroom was clean and modern. the view was pretty nice.

Great staff. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Very nice staff!

Valet parking, check in time great place to stay that’s close to every thing and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
