Staff just flat out rude and nasty I'll never spend my money there again I've never been spoken to like that to make me so mad in 20 years just ignorant

It was cockroaches in the bathroom and the pillows had a woman’s hair

Close to shopping and several dining options. Clean spacious rooms with a friendly and helpful staff

I don’t receive my deposit back

Only complaint is they took 5 days to process my deposit. I checked out on a Wednesday and they processed it on the following Monday. I’d bring cash if you can. $50 deposit

Customer service is not their main concern, waited over 15 mins for someone to come up front to help us. The manager though was extremely helpful, but the staff was rude and not willing to help. They are usually on their cell phone or just ignoring you in general. The owner was nice and could do better about his staff.

Good AC, comfortable bed, good hot water, good price Trains go by all the time, people talking outside my room a lot, key card has to be reset frequently

They were transient people hanging around the lobby area Train pass by every hour

The staff and price That all night had to hear loud noises and people by my door talking about rooms that you could push open the door easy and about breaking into rooms which made it hard to sleep not knowing if someone was going to try and brake into my room or not
