After a horrible stay, in a hotel that was highly rated, on the trip out, this stay was one of the best stays ever. The staff was fantastic, every member extremely positive, and the property was spotless from top to bottom. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We've have stayed in this particular Hampton Bay a few times staff is always great breakfast is always very good only downside this time was bird feces on one of the windows

It was summer and they didn't have air conditioner in the hallways, I felt bad for the workers there

The bed was so comfortable and the shower was full and hot. Everything was very clean, and breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good. Warm and good assortment. Staff was pleasant and maintained area clean and stocked.

The breakfast was perfect, the staff was very nice. They let me take food up to my room for my family. The jacuzzi was perfect to relax in. The kids loved the pool. The rooms were nice and clean. Front office staff was friendly and helpful.
