Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Indio Coachella Valley

Room was quiet and clean. AC unit was a little loud but not to the extent I couldn’t sleep. Overall for the price this is a good option. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY, APPRECIATE ALL THE HELP FROM STAFF MEMBERS.

Stayed here for a few nights. Any staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Pool was kept clean. No extra towels are kept outside, remember to ask for some before you take a dip. Didn't get to use the gym but it looked well maintained with clean equipment. Only thing that was rough was that a couple of the days we were there the elevator was down and we had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs quite few times. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and the staff were extra friendly which is always a plus💜

The room was clean, staff was friendly, and parking was easy. To top it all off the breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Better than most free breakfast at other hotels.

Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Shower fixture let 2/3s of water run out of tub fixture -- wasted down the drain -- while only 1/3 of water came out of shower, so had to spend more time rinsing off. Waste of water in desert environment.

We really like the location and breakfast buffet. Room was clean, easy parking. This time front desk definitely fell short. Upon check in Jessica wasn’t friendly and there was no warm welcome that we’ve become used to while staying at this hotel. I wasn’t asked for identification and given details. Just asked for a credit card. No mention of fees, amenities, like breakfasts, were skipped over. Handed key cards with telling me our room number until I asked. Very strange. Then at midnight we called the front desk because there were people at the pool with their dog and the screaming and barking was a little over the top for the hour. Front desk literally said “I was wondering what that noise was!?” Absolutely no apologies for the chaos of a pool that was supposed to close two hours prior. I guess we just weren’t impressed enough to stay here at our “go to spot” when traveling through Indio. We won’t be back strictly due to these reasons, even though we enjoy the location.

It's in Indio, so the air conditioning is absolutely crucial. Every where except the elevator was comfortably cool. We will definitely come back here again.

The pool was great after a long day of golf. The location being close to food (especially Pablo’s Tacos) was great. The breakfast started a little later than expected so we never got a chance to eat due to early tee times.

We stayed at the Hotel during Hot weather outside & were happy that the A/C in the room was kept cold when entering and the hotel itself was also cool. Enjoyed the continental breakfast and was surprised to find a microwave in our room.
