Room never cooled down; no other rooms available to switch, no fan available, no discount given/offered

The female receptionists were courteous and appeared to be fully alert and aware. On my second night, my key failed to grant access, necessitating a visit to the reception desk. I observed two individuals, identified as Rockies and Prococh, who appeared to be under the influence and disoriented. Subsequently, a female receptionist assisted me in obtaining a working key. Upon re-entering my room, I detected a strong odor of cannabis, and I discovered that money was missing from my purse.

Not clean room. Hair dryer had hair, dirty sheets, dirty overall.

The room was really nice and should have been a great location and value Even though the room was only roughly 45 online, the staff came to me and demanded i pay 200 a day due to "guests" . Even though most of my guests were other friends staying at the same facility. I've had bad epilepsy since I was 12 , so a couple friends check on me because I can't drive to see if I need anything and am ok. I was told I had to pay 200 cash a day. One time a 100 dollar payment I made was lost. Another time I was stuck outside with my service dog for over a hour because my key wouldn't work and no one was in the office. On ny last day when I was told instead of the $60 rate that was available online I had to pay 200, plus 50 from the day before. After figuring out i couldn't pay that much I was given 15 minutes to pack. Then a employee came to the room and told me to get out immediately as they were calling the cops. Then ny deposit was kept because I "damaged " the room. ( i had gotten makeup on the towels and due to being thrown out was able to take all my stuff. Nothing was damaged. I guess the towels needed bleach.

I couldn’t check in because staff was under influence not even able to talk

Our first room had an issue with the smoke detector chirping. The host moved our rooms quickly and without problems. The new room had stained bedding. Breakfast is scant.

We having car problems and called in. Said there was no problem with last check in. Got to the hotel and nobody was at front desk. So pretty much no night staff. Had to go to Motel 6 down the street.

Staff member from last night check in was definitely high on something. He was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He made me very uncomfortable and I felt very uneasy. Room had no towels, shower was broken and beds were dirty!!!

There nothing good about this place . I went to check in and pay for the room and then they told me to about the deposit and did not have enough for the deposit so I just cancel the room . So I never got the room key or even step one foot in the room and they just took my money and they said they not going to pay me back . So I think that there are wrong and going to make sure that Indio super 8 are crooked and the customer service is very poor .

The room was Terrible and the bedsheets were stained with blood on them. There was alot of homeless wondering inside the property. I paid to stay there Friday thrue Sunday, didn't stay we check out on Saturday, and the manager said we couldn't get a refund back for the rest of the remaining Day, I wouldn't never recommend this Motel.
