The first room I was assigned did not have working air conditioning. Second one had working ac, needed becuase it was 100 degrees in the desert that day. The hotel was really worn down and clearly in need of an uodate. The breakfast was complete joke. You had a choice of 2 breakast cereals and only coffee. No water, juice, muffins, etc. Oh, they had 3 tiny soft apples if you wanted.

I was just there for one night and it was a horrible experience there was roaches in the room and then on top of that I didn’t feel safe I wouldn’t recommend

There was no DECAFFEINATED Coffee in the room or in the office/breakfast room. Breakfast was just sugar Frosted Flakes, banana, milk, and coffee.

The staff was helpful, just 1 ice mechine located in the office and no bucket to get ice.

The area outside of property was very seedy - we checked in around 11pm. homeless people moving around made for a general feeling of not being safe. The room was super basic - it seemed clean enough but we slept in our clothes anyway, didn’t use the shower, just got up early and left.

Property was super close to a lot of other events so it was great in that aspect. Property wasn’t as clean as pictured on the website. The walls were super dirty, the bathroom did not have a clean scent to it, the bathroom shower tub was filthy, shower curtain was dirty with old shampoo and previous guests hair.

Everything was dirty, broken, rusty, moldy, old. Especially disgusting is the bathroom. Even when checking out I stood in a puddle of water at the desk. Breakfast included? You might get better stuff at a food bank.

1:30 walk to coachella or 7 minute uber. Near food. Staff was very friendly and nice! Dirty sheets, dirty room overall. Small breakfast which everything was gone super early. Expensive for the quality and pictures were not how it actually looked in person, pictures looked way better!
