Nothing as such as no covered car park is there. Which is strong violation of basic law. Rooms are too congested particularly the side tables and overall get up

Nothing. Very badly managed Nothing was good. Start from first day. Rooms were stinking badly and even after informing the management they only provided freshener, whenever we entered the room we felt like someone had peied in the room. In the rooms paint on the walls was gone. No tea, sugar or coffee refreshment kept in room. 3 times I have to call room service then they provided tea coffee sachet. Food was pathetic and not Upto the mark. Hotel management really need to work on. No good care taken of there customers.

Only the Location of the hotel They charged abnormally, the picture of the rooms shown during booking was excellent, but in reality, we got much more inferior quality of rooms, moreover while chechking in, we asked to show us the rooms alloted, but the hotel management was reluctant.... At one point of time we wanted to cancel the booking but very professionally before handing over the keys of the rooms they have taken the full amount and it's been mentioned by the reception person it is nonrefundable..... Altogether we can say that we are not going to book our future trips through this booking.com any more, if we get some refunds then it is thinkable, best'regards, Partha S Biswas, Kolkata, 9874950441
