The location is excellent, just 5 minutes by auto from the railway station. We used a taxi service to visit Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain and various other temple on the way, and our driver, Mr. Babblu, was an excellent guide who made our overall experience very pleasant and enjoyable.

Breakfast spread was good but I missed the dry fruits which is very common these days in all the hotels of this scale . The quality of the food was good . The staff at Citrus were polite and quick to the requisitions . As I mentioned above , the absence of dry fruits was felt . There were minor issues with the main door of room no 408 . We had to push it to close it . There were some issues in room no 411 also which were attended to by the staff .

We stayed for 3 days at Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore and I must say, it was truly a home away from home. we checked into the Executive Suite, everything exceeded expectations, the room was spacious, clean, and central location made our stay extremely convenient. But what truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the team. In all honesty, I have rarely experienced such genuine care and attentiveness, not even in some of the biggest seven-star properties. A special thanks to Head Chef Ashok Puri Goswami for the exceptional personal attention he gives to each and every guest. A special thanks to Shivankar, Neha, and Vishal at the restaurant as well, for their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine smiles made every interaction delightful. It would be great if they can have more international options for breakfast & options for gluten & lactose intolerance.

Location, staff and service, room size, facilities and breakfast - all exemplary. AC was a bit loud and noisy. Their front desk is always busy as they have only one for a big hotel if their size.

Thought breakfast was included, so I was surprised with the additional bill. However, the meal was good and the price reasonable.

Nothing Rooms were not clean, bathrooms were smiling, used soap in the bathroom, soap dispenser had hairs on it.

The staff at the restaurant - Ms. Neha, Mr. Devendra, Prasanna - were warm and very cordial through out my stay. The chef Ashok took extra care to provide tasty breakfast - special Indore dishes. There was leakage at the bathroom - Bath Tub. The shower and water tab - needs repairs. In spite of selecting shower tab - water flows from both shower and water tab.

There was no cold water in the summer heat. Plus the water ran out. We couldn’t shower and had to check out early. The staff could have been more responsive about our complaints and requests. We don’t need to much amenities just good service and basic needs like water to drink and water to bathe in the tap!

The receptionist Neena,Zeeshan,Aman were kind enough to extend our late checkout and also gave us complimentary breakfast, During the breakfast Neha and Rupesh helped us too and we liked the hospitality and behavior of the staff, Special Thanks to Neena, We will visit again
