The hotel is very close to Indore railway station. The room has good infrastructure and cleanliness. The owner is very courteous. My second day was on Sunday. The hotel was taken care of by the caretaker and staff. The water tank became empty and two buckets of water were provided for morning use. We had to leave the hotel without taking a bath. The main caretaker, when asked his name, did not tell his name, just called me pandit, is very rude. The owner should take care of such staff.

Hotel location "The hotel has overcharged me by Rs. 1200 per day, totaling Rs. 2400 for two days, which is higher than the confirmed booking amount. I request a refund of the excess amount charged."

Worst hotel stay ever. They do not have any tie ups with OYO and rooms are pretty bad too. Although booking on website is done for A/C rooms, they charge extra upon arrival for A/C rooms. Fake hotel and never go here again. Room conditions are worst and unhygienic.

NA Staff demand RS 200/ for use AC and I will pay them. They are not giving any bill regarding stay and extra money paid by me.
