Correct hotel for a correct price, including parking and breakfast (quite basic for European standards). Airconditioning was loud Airconditioning was loud.

The hotel is very small and could certainly use a good renovation. It was clear that parts of each room were renovated, like the bathrooms, but the walls/doors/floors and hotel hallways certainly look rather dated/cheap. The A/C unit was also malfunctioning as the thermostat temperature was way off and it frequently had to keep turning back on. The parking garages are very small, and they are not marked at all from the street. The continental breakfast is actually a hot buffet breakfast, it is just incorrectly labeled as continental. The breakfast room is just a converted hotel room, and so it is very cramped. Overall, this is the worst Best Western hotel I have stayed at, and I will not be returning here.

The vibe was great and the customer service was amazing, when I asked for additional towels they were sent up right away and they were quick to add it we needed anything else Just the AC unit kept turning off and on all night but other then that everything was great

This was my 4th time at this property. The rooms are comfy with great beds/pillows and amenities. The staff is alway so kind and helpful. The lady who works the breakfast buffet is so sweet and one of the hardest workers, I would hire her for one of my restaurants in a heartbeat! The area isn't the greatest but I feel safe and there are food options in walking distance and a great dive bar right next door, The Green Horse! The price is just right and I will continue to be a guest when I come to town for work!
