For it being on a busy street, it was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Upon arrival, I was told my room that had a pool view was “mistakenly” given to someone else .. & i did not get the pool view.

The cleaning ladies were basically making us leave keep in mind, it was not check out time! Everything else was fine but that’s unacceptable. They should come and clean after check out time NOT before.

Clean Front desk was not helpful left one night before because all of our stuff got wet from leak of air conditioner maintenance went and confirmed it was a clogged pipe in ac and made it leak out and still didn’t even get offered a different room or anything so had to come back home. I had to drive all the way back last night for concert whole reason why I stayed there. Orange County to Los Angeles county very inconvenient first bad experience
