I like the place. Lady at the window rude. Man nice.y refrigerator was working properly in room 111 it was like it wasn’t working at all for hours and went to sleep and woke up things were cold. Shower water pressure is weak and water not all that hot. Air in 111 not all that good either. They are clean there. Smells fresh. Will stay again…….maybe it’s starting to lose its appeal and luster

Great stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The property itself was as advertised and just fine. The staff were absolutely terrible. A booking was made seven months prior with confirmation paperwork provided us on the spot and they couldn’t find it on their end. Instead of trying to work with us, they gave us a hard time and made us sit outside by the street while we had to try to work it out with the booking company. The booking company clearly said everything was processed typically and should have been in place at the establishment. The staff were condescending and rude. Customer service overall was absolutely unacceptable! Book elsewhere.

Where do I start? Staff was kind, room was pristine, and everything was better than expected! I had my best sleep I’ve had in years. Only thing was the fact that I couldn’t permanently move there.

I was only here for two nights, but I had an excellent stay. Great room that had everything I needed for the time. The room was clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed, great air conditioning, decent-sized fridge, large TV, nice bathroom and shower. Very solid overall, I would stay here again if given the opportunity. Thank you!

The rooms are a standard hotel room, the parking is a little strange with the layout but it works. The check in is a little tough because you have to ring a bell to enter the registration room and all the windows are tinted so i could barely see who i was talking too. The man that checked me in seemed to be bothered that i was there. Once i got my key everything was ok. The distance to the forum and sofi is perfect.

Stayed here for a World Cup match. No issues, everything was good. I would stay there again.

Nice and quiet room. Bed is clean and comfortable. Worth it for the price near LAX. The only issue I have is the shower head - it’s not in its best form.

Very safe parking. Love this motel every time we come up for a concert at Forum or SoFi

It was really close to The Kia Forum. We felt safe there, and the room was very clean. The staff was friendly & they also had someone there to check us in at almost midnight. Free on-site parking. No sketchy people were lingering around like other places we've stayed. We will stay here again when we come back.
