Holly Crest Hotel - Los Angeles, LAX Airport

Front desk refused to let us check in. Book the room thru Expedia… was not aware there was a $100 cash deposit required. We later agreed to get the money but she was being very rude and impatient

Place is real dirty. Place stole my money and avoided my calls.

They didn’t let me stay and they were very rude and I already let Experian know this why are you stating that I stayed there I need this removed

Rude.told me i could leave and book somewhere else. I was unaware of shared bathroom. so I was shocked. Be prepared to pay $deposit. ower even said call Expedia for a refund . Also the owner was taking care of me without a shirt. Bed was filthy. You get what you pay for. Glad it was only one night because my time share check in was a day ahead of flight DO NOT RECOMMEND! Hostel vibes.

Based on this experience, this is not a hotel we would ever choose again. It left such a poor impression that we would not recommend it to others.

The room was clean and for the price you can’t beat it if you just need basic accommodations. It’s not the Ritz but it’s a central location, very close to the airport and parking is included. I got a room with private bathroom, if you’re on a tight budget they have very affordable clean rooms. I would recommend for a good budget hotel.

Location to LAX, value for money, nice housekeeping. On bus lines ($1 a trip) Dispute getting confirmation from Booking.com that indeed my dog could stay with me, once my dog arrive the second day, two of the staff (family members) gave me a difficult time. Further more, on the last day, one staff member came out of the hotel and yelled at me for me dog peeing in the grass (far side of their parking lot). She really kind of lost it! She accused me on not telling them I had a dog even though their Booking.com option allows a dog. If a cheap, ok stay while transferring is what you need as a single or couple- this is fine. (But f you don’t mind rude and annoying helpful staff). Obviously they don’t want pets. Perhaps some other “front face” personnel should be presented to the public rather the two dealt with. Moving on.
