The Anthem Los Angeles Stadium District, Tapestry by Hilton

Everything was excellent

I probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a quiet stay or family with young children it just seems more of like a party hotel and deathly somewhere you’d stay if you’d like to drink and are seeing a concert nearby that case it would be perfect!

This is a great spot if you need to go to Inuit Dome or SoFi. There is a sport bar attached with tasty food. You can get drink there or at the bar. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the heated pool was amazing.

Valet was extremely slow because the parking lot is small. But our valet Jose was very helpful. The floors in the hallway were pretty dirty & towels/trash were outside the rooms in the hallway. The pool area was nice.

Although it was a nice hotel, it could use a chair inside the hotel toom. There was nowhere to sit only on the bed.

Amenities were nice, location was perfect for our event. The staff is AWFUL. Not just one person but overall the staff needs MAJOR training in customer service. Four of the slowest and most aloof bartenders we have ever encountered on three different visits to onsite bars, front counter staff who were condescending, unhelpful and blatantly rude, laundry carts all over the place and main walkways throughout our stay. We fought it may have been one individual but to our surprise over a two night stay there was quite literally ONE decent staff member who was friendly and helpful. The other 15 or so we interacted with were just bad and not trained. Couldn’t use the POS system, don’t greet you, we sat at bars and didn’t get acknowledged for 15/20 minutes while the staff chatted and watched the TV. It’s not like it was even busy and they were understaffed. They literally just were clueless. It was BAD.

The housekeeping when did the room , just took the garbage , didn't do the bed , no toilet paper , no tissues , no coffee ,, nothing . So I am paying all this number per night and housekeeping just took the garbage ?? The Valley doesn't bring me the car and I was going out with all my baggage at my checking out , so I need to walk like 300 feet to the other side parking lot with all my baggages . It was a real horrible experience and I would not like to repeat it again

The property was great. You can hear the planes flying in but that is expected since it’s in the flight zone of LAX. The pool was wonderful except for the screaming children. Tom’s watch bar was wonderful and it is in walking distance to Sofi stadium. I will stay there again, I’ll just bring earplugs or use the ones in the night stand lol
