Location

Room was very spacious and comfortable, clean, comfortable beds, and an excellent multi speed ceiling fan to boot! Heated towel rails in bathroom wwre a nice touch too. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, really liked them very much. In the centre of all the action, fun dj on outdoor the pub, highly recommended! Only grumble is that our room, no 35, was missing the bathroom lock, and there was a hole where it had been... a little uncomfortable with my dad there with us!

Good location Rooms basic, very noisy at night due to pub entertainment, room had a fan near by that was constantly going on and off through night keeping me awake. Had one meal in pub and when sent back due to not what was advertised( was think chips and not fries as per menu staff in bar appeared to change attitude to us and became less friendly even though still purchasing drinks Would not stay there again

THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND TIDY LOCATION IS GOOD (BUT WE DID GO IN FEB HALF TERM WEEK ) AND I CAN ONLY SAY THIS WOULD BE AN IDEAL PLACE TO STAY WHEN ALL THE FACILITIES WOULD BE OPEN ,BED WAS COMFY AND THE SHOWER WAS FAB.

Location is very good and convenient The accommodation is priced accordingly Central heating not working on a cold night, asked at reception, they politely said they would take a look but nothing changed. Needs sorting, the bedroom was freezing.

The description of the room I paid for and the room I was given were completely different. Online stated a queen bed and twin beds. I arrived and was given room 39. Only 1 double bed inside. I went to reception to tell them I had booked and paid for a standard family room which states a queen bed and twin beds to be told they don’t have any rooms with queen beds. My son has autism and needs a lot of space to sleep which was my main reason for booking this place, in light of the wrong information I was unable to stay for the night I paid for.

Exceptionally comfy bed, we slept like logs both nights! Really friendly, helpful staff. Served excellent delicious food. The customer toilets upstairs from the family room could have been cleaner...

Lots of steps to get to your room but all in all ok

Couldn't check in at 3 had to wait , wouldn't allow park car until 2 when arrived at 1 and there were spaces

Cleanliness great location and lovely staff will be staying again in September

The TV was small

Friendly staff and polite, the room was a good size and very comfortable and clean. It was an enjoyable stay, I would definitely come here again and recommend it to my friends.
