Both coffee machines didn't work properly in the morning.

The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wonderful variety of food to choose from. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and always available. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, I recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is nice, plenty to eat. Convenient location with easy walk to the City Center, convenient parking, nobody frowns about the dogs. It's nice that they keep family traditions and there are family photos in the hotel, that makes it charming. Rooms are bit outdated, especially bathroom, with rusty parts and shower heads full of calc. Second time we stayed our bathroom smelled like a sewer. First time it was fine though. Beds are uncomfortable, especially the "third" bed in a triple room. Bedsheets had a hole. So yeah, the rooms needs some loving from the owners :)

The employees are very kind. The ladies from the kitchen warned us about pork (because we are Muslims). I will always come to this Hotel whenever I come to Ingolstadt Glass door in the bathroom

Clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice restaurant with outdoor tables. We got baby cot and no mattress for it! Instead of a mattress they used duvet and wrapped that into sheets. And then we realised that the bottom of the cot was broken, so we couldn't use it anyway. The fridge was not working also. In the bathroom there is no place to hang the towel or anything.
