Staff wanted to charge me for breakfast although I paid for it via booking.com. Had to prove I have it paid.

Location close to the station

Convenient to the train station. The staff was welcoming and had a list of restaurant recommendations within walking distance. The bus stop was across the street. Standard hotel breakfast with a variety of choices. No complaints about this hotel. It was the right hotel for an overnight trip.

We stay there for five days, and find the hotel location is excellent, less than 1 minute walk to train station and no noise from train line. Breakfast is greet, staffs are friendly. Dish plate in the restaurant is too small,

I arrived late in the evening and the staff made an excellent dinner recommendation. The breakfast was good. I was very pleased overall with my stay. The hotel is close to the Train Station.

I stayed for 4 nights, then another 5 nights after returning from my trip to London. So 9 nights in total. The hotel location was very good, right next to the station and there's a small mart/bakery inside the station to get drinking water and snacks. There's another bakery too but that one closes early. The buses in front of the hotel take you anywhere in Ingolstadt. There are also numerous restaurants within walking distance. For those who want gifts for their pet/s, there's a very nice pet shop called Kalischko about 4 minutes away by walking. I loved it. So location-wise, very good indeed. And I must add that the hotel rooms were clean on both stays. I know hotels in Germany are basic and I have stayed at quite a few to be able to compare and so I don't think I'm unreasonable in hoping that for longer stays (4-5 nights each time), room service should at least refill my drinking water, soap, shampoo or at least leave a rubbish bag for me to dispose my rubbish. The soap and shampoo wasn't even full to begin with! (on both stays!) For my second stay, I was offered an upgrade to a 'better room with coffee making facilities'. I was really looking forward to it but ended up disappointed. The upgraded room was exactly like my standard room except for a larger window/balcony door and a kettle plus one beverage set (which was not refilled) to last me 4-5 nights. I really was expecting more.

The hotel was very clean and tidy . The staff were friendly and efficient. Location was perfect for trains and buses.

Breakfast was nice, personnel was very friendly indeed, just the Gents at reception were a bit less welcoming than expected. Overall a good overnight stay at a very convenient location at the train station.

Amazingly quiet being situated at the train station. It was easy to purchase food and drinks at the train station or to eat breakfast at the hotel. Also the taxi or the bus stop is immediately outside the front door! We were able to go anywhere without waiting. The view outside our window was incredible. We saw the sunrise and could see the trains come and go without hearing them. The staff person we dealt with was exceptionally helpful.
