It’s an ok place to stay if you don’t have any other options. But for a fairly new hotel, it was in pretty poor condition. In our room the thermostat was out of order, the shower drain was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken and hanging off the wall, and the bathroom sink and shower were exceptionally slow draining. The room definitely wasn’t cleaned well as there was long hair all over the bathroom and the pull out sofa had the previous stays sheets still on it.

The Breakfast was good, coffee available all day. Places to relax in the lobby. The only complaint is that the AC unit in the room is motion sensors so if you leave the room for the day you come back to a hot room. It does end up cooling down but it is not pleasant after being outside all day to come to a hot room.

So-so hotel. Felt my housekeeping rushed the room; not really too clean. AC unit filter was extremely filthy causing the unit to work harder. I cleaned those filters myself. Could hear the neighbors in the other room. Evening front desk took 10 minutes to appear behind the desk from their office with others waiting to be serviced. Would not recommend a long-term stay.

This is a very nice place to stop for the night, away from all the University activities and construction in downtown Laramie. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet. Fantastic breakfast!

This hotel had something many do not: A window shade that completely seals off light from entering. This was a very pleasant surprise, as most hotels seem to put curtains in the window that still let a lot of light in from the parking lot and the morning sun. Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable.

Great easy stay right off the freeway while driving through Wyoming. It was not very clean.

Exceptional customer service! Breakfast was terrific, too. Just an overall great experiene, so accommodating. Hospitality was spot on, something you do not see as much of today, sadly. The young kids working throughout the weekend did an awesome job. I cannot think of anything we didnt like. All good.

The beds were okay, I woke up with a my back and hips hurting. The pool was VERY cold, and unable to enjoy our selves. On the time of check out. The system was confused and tried to bill me twice.
