The hotel was located close to places we went to visit the rooms spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We rented a hot tub and king bed room and it was all really great the only thing that wasn’t the best was the deadbolt on the door was broken but everything else was great
-
The grounds are maintained meticulously! The room was super clean and quiet.
-
Zero complaints. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Fairly quiet. Easy to get to. The price was right. Would stay again.
-
The room was very well cleaned and it was exactly the way it was described. The hot tub. Was really relaxing. The bed wasn't hard or lumpy just right.

Our stay was for one night only, so we did not use the pool which looked very clean. There were guests using it. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great bed. The breakfast was typical for an included breakfast, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice, toast and sausage. The grounds were well kept and we found the room to be very quiet. I would stay here again.

This is our 3rd year in a row staying at the Suisse Chalets. It is our favorite hotel in NH. The family that works there keeps it spotless and beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. The room is big and comfortable. It is a great place to stay for families and is a short drive away from the town of North Conway.

Very nice place

The room was very clean. The staff was nice. The pool loungers were not the best. They were very low of the ground and not in great condition. Plus, they didn’t provide towels at the pool and nobody said that until I got to the pool overall I was quite happy and I would stay

The property has and continues to improve trex balconies flowers all over pleasant staff daily room cleaning and breakfast to start your day and a price you can't beat a fire pit to end you day with
-
Excellent location, close to Story Land. The pool was heated but it was very small. Also the area to get breakfast has not many tables you need to wait for somebody to leave to get a seat. The property is old but very well maintained.

Outrage room was clean and well maintained. The property was very well maintained and beautiful.
-
Hotel was overbooked and they did the dishonest thing and used my info to book a different room on a different site and claimed they were sending me to their other location
-
The gardens & lawn were well-maintained but the room and pool were a bit dirty. If you're looking for a bare-minimum stay, this hotel is good-enough, but beware of the hidden fee.

The location is good and the grounds are well kempt, but our room had an unpleasant musky smell. It needs to be updated and refreshed. The AC unit was pretty beat up and was missing operating buttons. Our room was in the main building where the lobby and dining rooms are.

Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone especially family.

Amenities included exercise room which had two machines and pool table has more balls than it should, try to play and didn’t get the black ball as white ball end up going into same place as other balls vs dedicated space for it - pool sticks were down to metal/wood. Rooms were ok maybe that’s the current standards for spending 264 for a night.
