Perry's Motel and Cottages

Our stay was amazing, it’s not the fanciest place in the area but it is the most welcoming, most accommodating, and most kid friendly place you will find. Room was very clean, new windows, new air conditioner and looked like new carpet. No mold in the bathroom and no water stains anywhere on the ceilings. 2 Bedroom cottage was perfect for our little family and the toddler play area was the best place to get out all the last minute zoomies before bedtime. The pool was immaculate and breakfast was a nice addition. We’ll be back for sure.

The staff was so friendly, they gave my son a hat and my daughter a tee shirt, really great people!!

The staff were super friendly and helpful! They were always willing to help! The views of the mountain from there was amazing. The location is super close to a lot of stuff without being in a super busy location. Would totally return here again!

This Facility has everthing you need from comfortable room excellent playground and games for different ages. Picnic tables, grills, fire pit, pool and so much more to relax and enjoy your stay. Coffee, milk, yogurt and muffins cerial is available to get your day started. It is only a few minutes from storyland and downtown which makes this location absolutely perfect. The owners and staff are very nice. Check in and out was easy and they always make sure you have everything you need to make your stay outstanding. Definitely recommend this Facility. Specially when traveling with children. Nothing to dislike.

We were traveling with 5 kiddos, aged 3-12. There was something for everyone to do! The pool, playground, yard games, kept them all entertained after a fun filled day at Storyland. Very family oriented! Can't think of a thing! If you're looking for luxury, stay somewhere else but having a place that is friendly, comfortable, safe and family oriented is more important to me than luxury when traveling with kiddos!

Plenty of Linens that were nice and white. Not stained. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean pool. I woukd like to have had an extra blanket to be available. Also a couple coat hangers on the door hook for wet bathing suits. The bathroom had drain flies but I know that happens sometimes to any one. The carpet was stained and was the first thing I saw when I walked in.

Great location close to everything. Comfortable 2 bedrooms so we had separate spaces . Shower head was a bit outdated but that was it.

We only stayed one night but truly was amazing! Perfect location and very easy to check in and truly made our first night on our road trip unforgettable!

Beautiful area and they had a pool The cabin was very small for the price and the pool was very dirty. Parking was a fair distance from our cabin so it was a bit of a bummer for 2 old folks to drag our stuff all the way across the lawn

Family feel, nice staff The guest or family/teens that continued at the pool the whole weekend blasting music and smoking pot. Didn't even take my baby to the pool because of it, could smell it from the room.

The room was clean, free of any unpleasant odors or mildew, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The pool area was well-maintained, and the two playground areas were a nice touch for families. We appreciated having a picnic table at our cabin and a kitchen well-stocked with pots and pans for cooking. Additionally, the shower had excellent water pressure, making for a refreshing experience. The bathroom was exceptionally cramped, featuring a toilet positioned far too low to the ground and lacking an integrated sink. As a bit of a bigger person it was tough to use, knees literally are in the shower while you sit on the toilet. We found the beds to be uncomfortably firm, and the provided blankets were itchy, which made getting a good night's sleep nearly impossible. Additionally, the property maintenance was disappointing; the playground area was neglected, and we noticed peeling paint throughout the area, some toys should have been tossed as they posed a hazard. The lack of adult guest supervision of children in the playground area forced us to chose other nighttime activities instead of heading back to the cabin to relax. The breakfast they offered was a bit of a joke so do not count on that as a meal, more of a snack until you can get to town. Furthermore, the cabin's screen door had rips that allowed insects to enter, and its heavy, swinging motion posed a safety hazard to our children. Finally, the television was difficult to operate, and the small refrigerator was inadequate for a cabin equipped with a full-size kitchen.
