Very nice hotel I would definitely stay there again

Did not have breakfast - food seemed rather pricey Check in experience - we had a 3 pm check in and at 5:30 pm our room was not ready. We intentionally planned to arrive after 3. They noted that they were fully booked 3 days in a row which made it hard to be ready. Not sure if it was a staff shortage Dog barking early am and owner took quite some time to settle him.

This hotel is new and beautiful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff was amazing and would like to say thank you to Sarah for her wonderful breakfast service.

The hotel was very nice , the outdoor seating for dining was very nice also. The bed was a very comfortable slept very well We go up to North Conway quite a bit 6 to 8 times a year. And have stayed throughout route 16, but for the price we paid we thought our room was going to be much nicer. I understand we have mountain view but you also have to think about the wise that interrupt that view.

Made the reservation, but when i got to the hotel, the room was not rented to me because, according to the front desk person, it was still dirty and there was no staff on duty to clean the room for us to check in. We had to find accommodations else where last minute. That really sucked. We are still furious.

Our check-in wasn’t the best—arrived at 3:40 for a 3pm check-in. Our room wasn’t ready and the desk clerk wasn’t very helpful, only informing us check-in is between 3 and 4 (even though all communication said 3). Our room wasn’t ready until 4:20; during this time, we heard multiple travelers being told their room wasn’t ready; one mom asked if they could use the pool while they waited and were rudely told “well, you need a room key to use it…” I couldn’t believe the lack of empathy for this parent traveling with small children. Also, we booked one of the balcony rooms overlooking the valley and they are right on the road so it was very noisy, especially while trying to sleep. Long story short, we have stayed at many wonderful properties in the area through the years, and this one just wasn’t worth the price.
