This family-run budget hotel is conveniently located close to Edinburgh and next to the Forth Road Bridge and the Forth Rail Bridge; Rosyth is only a few minutes away. The hotel is close to the ferry terminal and is only 1640 feet or so from Inverkeithing station. A bus runs regularly between the station and Edinburgh Airport. Trains also run frequently to the city of Edinburgh itself. As reflected in the price, the hotel’s rooms are not large. However, all of the rooms are en suite and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel’s public areas and there is also free parking.

Basic accommodation but priced accordingly. Parking, wifi, and hot water all positives. Staff on desk but no services as such other than cleaning

The property was only a 5 min walk to the train station, I also arrived in the morning and they let me park my car so we could make the most of our day in Edinburgh Everything was fine

The siz fo the room was great easily fit family of five. Not clean had to get new sheets. Hard to get in contact with front desk/operator. Needed a hairdryer in the morning, visited the "front desk" multiple times, waited there for well over 30 min, called the provided number, and nothing.

I don’t like anything There is no facility in this hotel no cameras in car parking I tell you incident somebody scratch my car I talk about this thing with staff they said we don’t know that’s not our responsibility one more person car scratch someone on same day . Rooms are also not clean my son walking in stairs put a mirror in feet . There is too much noise outside I don’t suggest u for holidays. There is too much animal noise .
