Very spacious and comfortable room just a short walk from the town centre. Close to bus and train station. Breakfast was made to order. Steve is a great host and we would happily return.

The breakfast was great! You get a menu where you can pick your choices every night and it's then made fresh for you in the morning! My only "complaint" is that the blanket was too thick, but obviously that's not a game changer.

Steve was warm, gracious, and I immediately felt welcome upon crossing the threshold. As a new visitor to Inverness with a short amount of time, I appreciated his advice on sights and experiences to prioritize during my stay. Location was excellent, - a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the city center, and excellent dining. N/A

Acer Glen is a ten minute walk from the bus and train stations. I had room 1 which was on the ground floor. The bed was large and comfy. There were two chairs in the room. The walk in shower was stocked with shampoo and shower gel. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The room was quiet. The hot breakfast each morning was very good. The room was cleaned daily. Steve was an excellent host. I was able to check in early. There is a convenience store a block down the street and there is a Tescos within a couple of blocks.

What an amazing stay. The reviews speak for themselves because this property has everything. Steve was a gracious host. He made breakfast everyday and you can pick up whatever you want. I had the private room with shared bathroom but the bathroom was literally less than 3 foot steps away and was not being used by anyone else. The location was perfect. Only 10 minutes away from the train station and the walk is pretty straightforward. Close to plenty of restaurants, Tesco and main attractions. I highly recommend this place.

Location was great. Nothing

The bnb was really pretty and cozy :) Surroundings were peaceful but easily accessible (10min walk) to more touristy areas in town with lot of food and music options. Steve was a great host who served delicious fresh breakfast every morning and helped us out with apt recommendations accompanied with pleasant conversations :) I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a more homely feeling in a rustic city. The bed was a little small for me and my tall friend. It seems like smaller beds are normal in the UK though. We felt that at other places too. Else, no complains :)

Exceptional

Nice quiet street close enough to centre. Clean and welcoming owners. Only marked it down because I had a small room with shared bathroom. However that’s my fault really.

The host was friendly and very helpful. He recommended city walks and sites to see during our stay. Breakfast was great, with a variety of hot and cold options were available.

Terrific choices!

Breakfast was excellent; the room was well sized and well appointed, good shower. Nice selection of tea, coffee etc in the room. Steve is friendly and was very accommodating of my request to drop my bag earlier in the day. The only real issue is internal noise in the room. I had the downstairs room, which is next to the kitchen, and also below a squeaky floorboard and a noisy waste stack. It's fine as long as everyone upstairs and to the side stays quiet!
