Location, clean, great view Stairs, but that is because I have a bad knee. Also very small room

It was easy to walk to the city centre and most city attractions. It was quiet. Having a parking pass was nice so we didn't need to pay for parking. Leah was nice enough, but a bit brusque when we checked in. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but that seems to be common for European rooms. We were also told that we coudn't eat in the room so we didn't bring back any leftovers.

Perfect location. Access to train Station a short walk away. I had a single room with a view across River Ness. Nothing bad about the property, as a gentleman of advanced years stairs with luggage can be challenging Leah insisted on helping!

Lovely BnB on river’s edge minutes walk from city centre/train station. Great sitting area overlooking the river with kettle & tea/coffee supplies. Generous electrical plugs, USB-C outlets. Beds so comfortable. Book direct to get breakfast included. Host Leah is so welcoming & helpful. Highly recommend!! Nothing…. Great stay!!

Located on the River Ness, minutes away from the Victoria Market and restaurants. Lea (the host) was awesome! Talked of Inverness, suggested restaurants, walks (Ness Island Walk in town), etc. Great place to take day trips from. We had a personal concern and she was all over it making calls for us and getting the help we needed. She was a star! The Fraser House was beautiful! Wished we had stayed longer.

Leah is a great host whose recommendations were excellent, and the breakfasts were wonderful.

The location was great, we had a lovely view of the river. The host was kind too, let us know all the important info. I'd definitely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived our hostess Leaha made us feel at home. We were a family of three with a lot of luggage and she was able to give us an upgrade on our room which was so greatly appreciated. The location of Fraser house was perfect for our two. Night stay. Breakfast was delicious and the conversations with other travellers at breakfast time was enjoyable. Thank you so much Leaha for making our stay so memorable.

Great location for easy walk over bridge to dining and activities.and lovely accommodations. Managing our check in time was a little tough. We weren’t exactly sure when we would be arriving.

Very nice and newly remodeled. Host was excellent and breakfast delicious.

We stayed for only one night so didn’t take advantage of the amenities but one could tell this property is well tended and the proprietor cared greatly about the property. Very easy to walk about and close to what I would say is the historic core of the city. No complaints
