Incredible location on Main Street, but concealed from noise. Rooms spacious & clean, beds very comfy. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Shower temp wasn’t able to be adjusted, very warm. And didn’t drain well, so water built up at bottom.

Good

The property was in a good location and very clean. We needed to split into two rooms and they were very accommodating about that, even calling me to make sure the beds would be right for each room and then placing them across the hall from one another. Our room didn’t get cleaned one day and I don’t know why. We didn’t have the do not disturb on the door. Not a big deal, just odd.

Close to town center and public transportation TV remote did not work Lock box very difficult to open

The location was fantastic. The river was just behind the property and the front door was close to tons of pubs and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable with medium-to-soft firmness. The staff was excellent and super helpful when my wife had a bout of food poisoning (not related to the hotel). We were on the top 4th floor in sort of an inside corner causing the room to be fairly dark with only one small window. The bedside tables were very small so there was very little room for charging phones, etc. However, they did provide two luggage stands which we appreciated with our two larger suitcases. Being on the top floor we could hear a lot of chatter from the seagulls. Not a deal breaker but maybe request a lower floor if you're a light sleeper. The breakfast buffet was okay but not the greatest. All in all, these were minor issues for what you get.

The shower was very sensitive in our room.. in my mothers room, it was terrible. It was impossible to get to a usable temperature. She had to come use our shower in our room.

Our room was ready when we arrived a bit earlier than check in. We expected to have them hold our bags, but instead we were able to check in to our room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Everything was as advertised and it suited our needs perfectly.

Quiet with all the amenities needed. Close to many hikes in the area. Easy driving around
