Overall the hotel was great; fantastic location! One block from the bus station which was great for our morning excursion and later to travel to the next city. And very close to everything. The hotel was clean, rooms were a good size; we liked it a lot and would stay there again! The seagulls lol, which isn't the hotel's fault. As it's very close to the water, there are seagulls everywhere. And since there isn't an air conditioner in the room, we opened the windows for fresh air. And we heard seagulls for most of the night. Only other thing was in the shower; the way it's set up with the open partition, it sprays water on the floor unless you use the handheld shower head and stand in the corner and spray yourself in a weird angle. That seemed silly.

Overall the stay was good … the table in the room was too big which meant leaning over if to open the window … might a smaller table work here ?? Tv didn’t work … possibly batteries but plug was also located quite high behind the tv … Location excellent as were the staff Table far too big for room .. tv didn’t work

Very convenient location for the centre of Inverness and the station. Room was clean with excellent shower. Only minor fault was lighting in room was a bit poor.

Very friendly and helpful staff especially the cleaning lady and those on reception who went out of their way to help me out. Liked the emphasis on sustainability, also the cleanliness and facilities looked new and were in excellent working order. The room was rather utilitarian and it took me 3 days to work out how to operate the light switches properly!! The bathroom fan was not strong enough for purpose and the shower area smelled damp. There were only double doors between my room and the next, so I could hear coughing and talking. It was also a very noisy neighbourhood especially at night. I was charged extra for a tiny amount of toothpaste although it came with a nice brush.

Not cooperating staff in managing single adult in single room. Given double room with extra charges. We were ready to manage 2 adults plus 13 yr kid in double room but at check-in staff refused to provide. It was unpleasant start.

Clean. Friendly staff. Good location. Very little facilities in the rooms, quite basic considering the price. Many hotels are now using ‘eco-friendly’ excises to avoid providing some basics. Guests understand authentic approaches, and mere cost-cutting. The rooms are not good value for the cost.
