Super cozy, homey, clean, quiet, elegant,a real Scottish home! Andrea could not have done more to give us an exceptional stay. Our room was super clean with a lovely decor. Bed & pillows were fantastic . No noise at all. I slept so well. Breakfast was extremely ample, with cooked choices each morning. Really delicious & served on beautiful China in a newly decorated room. Andrea gave us super ideas for our adventures. This is for sure where I will stay again. Absolutely nothing!

Andrea was welcoming and provided good information about the area. The room was lovely (yellow theme) and spacious Only thing I missed was granola or muesli at breakfast. Hot breakfast was very good

The owner, Andrea, was amazing and friendly and accommodated all my requests. I loved the experience of being in a guesthouse, being my first time.

Had an absolutley amazing time. The room was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable. The hostess Andrea was so nice and helpful and cooked a mean breakfast. Nothing. I can't wait to go back. I really enjoyed my stay here.

This property is a beautiful Victorian house. It was lovely and the 4 poster bed was so comfy! Nothing!

Beautiful property, our room was lovely and really comfortable. Breakfast was made to order and was really tasty. Was a little far from the centre, that’s only because we were on foot with heavy backpacks.

We were very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, the room was freezing cold, and we were told to use a small portable heater instead of proper heating. The shower in our original room was blocked and unusable, and although this was not our fault, we were moved to a different room. Unfortunately, the replacement room was a clear downgrade. We booked and paid for a large double room with a four-poster bed, but were moved to a smaller standard room. The new room was also much noisier — we could hear conversations, water running in other rooms, and people walking on the stairs. Both rooms were very cold, and we had to use the small heater again. Additionally, the host was irritated when we asked for help and was not welcoming or helpful. Breakfast was also disappointing, including a pancake that appeared stale. After the stay, the property refused any refund despite clear evidence that we received a lower standard room than what we paid for. Overall, this was not the experience we expected, especially for the price paid.
