The location was outstanding! The room did not smell fresh. The balcony door was difficult to close. The room door opened just inches from the bed. There was no telephone in the room to contact the front desk.

It was perfect in every way. Central, walking distance to all, clean, air conditioned and 24 hour reception, where they went out of their way to assist (young lady was so helpful, and informative).

Great location - all around was in a walking distance. Small but clean room, available parking near by. Staff was polite and helpful. AC in the room. It was not quiet at all. Busy street near by and constructions were in progress in the neighboring property. Fridge in the room didn't work.

The location in the center of city is very good, plus free private parking. That is very valuable. Walking around the hotel, you can find plenty of coffee houses, bakeries, and shopping centers. Citadel is 15 minutes' walking away. the lobby is spacious, and the staff speak very good English and very helpful. It is difficult for them to find place to offer free parking in the very center of city----so it is a bit difficult to find the signs for the underground parking garage. You need to pay attention at the hotel door to find the sign, and follow the sign----and while you are looking for the sign, the narrow street has many other vehicles behind you. Once you find the garage, it takes some skills to drive in it to park, since the space is narrow.
