The hotel was in an excellent location in the center of town. The owner was available for assistance if needed. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Vasilis, were very courteous and helpful. An overall great stay!

Location very convenient, very friendly and helpful staff. Stylish room and very comfortable bed. Lovely shower lotion, body cream etc. Very noisy road during the day, but worth it for the location. Soundsproofing very effective so no noise at night.

First of all- super easy to reach with your car! It's located on the main road, and it's very easy to drop off your luggage or find parking nearby (we found one really close, but I know there are a few parking garages around). It's located mere few hundred meters from the city center and the old town. Everything was reachable by foot and we didn't have to move our car at all! The rooms themselves are brand new and stunning. We were given a free upgrade to a deluxe room and it was amazing! Super clean and spacious. The staff were also very very nice and accommodating. A big shout-out to Vasilis, who gave us fabulous dinner recommendations, helped with planning our day, and the next morning even got there extra early to make sure we have time for breakfast since we had to leave early!! He was so nice, he really loves his job and it was important for him that everything went perfectly. Overall- really 10 out of 10! Nothing, it was perfect!

Nice location. Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Very personalized treatment. Very good quality-price ratio. Spacious room. Small hotel; not suitable if you want anonymity. Noise from the street enters the room. The zone is reasonably quiet, but sometimes there is noise. This is not a five star hotel, but the price is correct for the place. (Five star hotels are usually way more expensive...) In my room I was missing a suitable desk for working.

If you need have rest, relax, total body-recovery - book this hotel! Soundproofing is amazing, the hosts are super friendly, room is perfect, breakfast is full. Location ? after a few days of traveling with car, it was the first point of real quality rest

We initially decided on this hotel due to its proximity to the city center. It turned out to be a great stay. The rooms were spacious, elegant and most importantly, spotless. There were two available parking locations for anyone traveling by car at two different price levels, both of which were very close to the hotel. The receptionist, Vasilis, was also very helpful and gave us plenty of advice on how to best experience Ioannina.
