This is really different. Room in the attic was quaint and we really enjoyed it. Staff took our bags up the stairs... thank you. Great location with the marina 10 minutes walk away. So many restaurants and so much to see. Breakfast was amazing! There were so many hidden gems and trinkets in the rooms brought back memories from time gone by. Fascinating. We will return.

Great helpful staff. Made us feel very welcome. Had 2 rooms. Attic room big and spaciaous. My wife and my room with balcony a little small. Great breakfast both days with cooked to order entries. Location close to Castle and restaurants.

The ambiance They advertise lake view but you can only see in a far distance a little part of the lake when you stand up .

Historic charm with modern bathroom. The staff were amazing, kind, and helpful. Very clean. Great location. Impressive breakfast for the size of the hotel. So glad we chose this place!

The hotel’s interior is a visual treat. The hotel is quiet yet close to the lake, restaurants, shops, and the main attractions. Breakfast offers plenty of choices including omelets of your choice. Finally, the staff is terrific: friendly, engaging, solicitous.

the fact that we didn't have more days to visit more and for this INCREDIBLE hotel

A lovely hotel, very pretty, beautifully decorated, full of quirky interesting objects (old furniture, metalwork pieces, etc.), close to everything in the center of town, and spotlessly clean. The staff was absolutely fabulous, very helpful and friendly, gave great advice. I lost my key card in the city and they discovered it before I did and called me to tell me not to worry! The breakfast was completely exceptional —wonderful freshly made pies, sweet and savory, many different kinds of them, so many choices! And that's in addition to the usual fare such as yogurt, fruit, eggs etc, and local sweets. We wished we could have tried everything because it was all so delicious, but there was just too much to try in our short stay! Highly recommended :) Can't think of anything, we loved it.

The room was exceptional, the bed was amazing, the decor of the room and the rest of the hotel was really nice and traditional but at the same time super modern and comfortable. The stuff was lovely, everyone was super helpful and friendly and their service level is exceptional. Definitely ii deserves 10 points!!

The stuff was friendly. The location is great. Near the castle. A lot of good small restaurants and bars around. The facility is very clean and made with good taste.

I adored this hotel so much that it was so hard to leave! Everything was superb, but I especially loved the beautiful traditional decor as well as the generous and attentive staff. The ladies at the front desk insisted on carrying all of our luggage from/to the hotel's private parking lot, and they gave us so many wonderful recommendations about where to eat, what to see, and so much more. It was genuinely a joy to speak with them, and the breakfast was truly marvelous. I will ALWAYS stay here when I come to Ioannina in the future!

Archontariki Boutique Hotel is a charming and beautifully preserved historic property with all the comforts of modern, well-equipped bathrooms. The location is perfect — just a short walking distance from all major attractions. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the ladies running the hotel were incredibly attentive, helpful, and detail-oriented. Every piece of furniture and decor item feels carefully chosen and thoughtfully placed, adding to the unique atmosphere of the place. They arranged a private parking spot right at the hotel entrance, assisted us with daily itinerary planning, and gave excellent recommendations for local sites, restaurants, and entertainment. Their warm care and personal attention started already at the time of booking. Highly recommended — we would love to return!
