Kind and helpful staff. Good location. Clean room. In the room comfortable bed, fridge and kettle. Mold in the wardrobe. Maybe because it was the first floor.

The location was perfect close to the city center and to the lake. There are many cafeterias and places to eat around the property. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The mini fridge inside the room makes noise which is really annoying during the night. The room was lower that the ground level and because of that there was only a small window in the room and it was quite dark.

The location was great, everything was a few minutes walk. It was a nice surprise that we were welcomed with mini croissants, fresh juice, and cold bottled water (included in the room's price.) Our host was very polite and the overall hotel was truly pet-friendly. We totally recommend it!

Very good position, just few minutes walk from the main restaurants, shops, supermarket etc. The room is comfortable, with some coffee, juice, water and mini packed croissants offered. Cutlery, plates and mini fridge available. Very good and useful air con as well as WiFi.

Everything was perfect ,as we expected.Nice location ,very good room ,lovely garden ,even we visited in December ?? The location is in the heart of the historical part of the city ,a lot of restaurants ,shops ,nearby ,and of course the lake with a wonderful view.Our host was kind ,and helpfull ,so we recomande this location if you have a journey to Ioanina.

The room was comfortable and clean and nice staff, Our room was right next to reception, we had to walk around the desk to get to the door. And it was right next to the street by the front door. Not quiet and therefore not peaceful. Not worth the price. Staff only there until 3 pm.

There are only things to like about this place. Surpassed our expectations in every respect. Will definitely be using this place in future, would definitely recommend, would definitely put my mom here.
