Location was ideal and still one of the best hot breakfast you can find .

The staff was very friendly. However, our room (1023) was subpar. The room smelled musty, there was a large wet spot on the carpet in the front room, the A/C was noisy and the toilet kept running. We called the front desk to notify them and they said somebody would be right up but nobody showed before we had to leave for the evening. When we got back to our room, there was a box fan (more noise) in our room to dry the carpet and the toilet seemed to be fixed. However, we had to close the door to our room as the A/C was still loud. When we checked out, we were asked about our stay and received an apology for all the problems but zero compensation. Definitely, a one and done.

I've stayed here many times before. It's a good hotel, conveniently located near the airport and dining. Some of the guests were trashy, leaving food and dishes in the elevator, but other than that, I would stay here again.

Everything was clean but furniture and upholstery felt dated and worn.

Great property with great staff. Parking fees are separate and they ran out of spaces on Saturday night.

The whole staff has been amazing our TV went out in our room this morning i called downstairs for someone to fix it they came right up and fixed it quick the bartender Julio has been so nice and making my drinks perfect.

Staff was very good! Breakfast and cocktail reception was terrible, pool quality ! Management trying to save money other Embassy Suites much better!

Feels like a nicer holiday inn express

The laundry dryers were highly inefficient and it took 2 cycles to get clothes dry, especially beach towels and sweat suits. The ice machine on the 8th floor did not work. The Business Center was closed during COVID, so I was not able to get all of my planned work done.

Everything made our trip more wonderful at the Embassy Suites. I don't one negative thing to say about the staff, rooms, or meals.

The staff were nice and helpful. The room were neat and clean. The only problem was that the shower door didn’t close which was inconvenient. The breakfast was good. The parking was just ok. I will definitely stay here again

Professional and friendly staff. Clean room with great amenities/ microwave, refrigerator. Since a suite had two rooms with 2 tvs. Great breakfast buffet with made to order omelet bar

Bad

We stayed in the presidential suite for 2 nights. The tv didn’t work in one bedroom. The other bedroom was extremely warm, and too a while to cool down but still warmer than the other bedroom. The chairs for the small breakfast table had 2 chairs that felt wobbly and unstable. One bathroom was updated the other was not. The sofa had seen better days. The big round family dining table has a lot of wear and tear. It is outdated and needs to be upgraded. In addition, the parking garage that we paid for expired or didn’t work on the day of check out. You had to call the help at the exit and entry point for the hotel to let you in. For $37 per night, it should work fully until the time of your check out day. The best part was the spacious area, otherwise, the amount of money we paid was not worth it. The staff was very nice and professional.
