There were a lot of hair on the bed, some red marks, sheets didn’t look washed, everything was old and beat up, no bathtub, rusty features full of hair - and they said they would not refund me even if I checked out two nights ahead of time.

. The sheets fishy fit the bed and were stained. We slept in our clothes. Had no choice but to stay the night. Would NEVER recommend or stay in one of these hotels again

The room was a mess. It was obvious that it hadn’t been vacuumed as there were piles of lint everywhere. There were long black hairs across one pillow and in the bed. The curtains were sagging and full of holes that appeared to be cigarette burns. There were scores of stains everywhere. All of the towels had stains, although they appeared freshly laundered. There was no coffee in the room which seemed odd as there was a full kitchen. The final straw was a large roach on the kitchen floor. It probably flew in through one of the windows that was 1/4 open which we didn’t realize until we were leaving. It smelled of stale smoke and lack of care and maintenance. We didn’t move rooms as we were exhausted from our 10 hour drive and didn’t want the hassle of moving to a possibly equally filthy room. When we checked out, there was no one at the front desk to lodge an in person complaint. My biggest complaint was not the condition of the room but the audacity of charging $200/night for that disgusting mess. Not only will we never ever stay at that property again, but we will never stay at an Extended Stay America Suites anywhere on the planet ever again.

Amenities provided in room is also limited. First night of check in, room floor is sticky and dirty. Had to clean it. No shower curtains. Room smells bad coming from sink. Trash cans outside are over. Manager Brandy is very rude. She does not care and very bad customer service. They allowed people to camped in their van in the parking lot. No dog bags available. Never will I come back to this location.

Was out of town working and knew I was going to work late on my check in day, called them at 8pm to let them know I’d arrive between 10-1030pm. The staff said I was good until midnight. I arrive at 11 pm, and that’s when staff told me there were plumbing issues, there were no rooms available, that I’d get a refund, and needed to go to another hotel. Apparently the issue was just discovered, but I never got any notification. I had spoken with them earlier, maybe if staff asked to check my room I could have gotten another hotel sooner. Instead I ended up as woman trying to find a hotel in the middle of the night. Had to spend double the money on hotels, and have to wait a week for my refund now. Just not the best experience, unfortunately.

This place is horrible. Would never stay in this place. The staff is useless, place is dirty (not hyperbole). Find another location as this place is not worth the $$ you will save.
-
Terrible place, feels like homeless shelter, stinks , bedding sheets had hair and when requested to change the sheets stuff said you must do it yourself . I give zero

The staff was very friendly and professional. The property itself needs to undergo renovation. The room is very run down. They need a maintenance team to come in and address those things if they don't have the ability to renovate. All of the clean towels had hair and makeup on them from previous occupants.

Stain on pillows. Only one soap bar toilet hardly flushed

The buildings appeared dirty, and there were overflowing garbage bins outside several rooms. When we arrived at our room, the door was already open, the lights were on, pillows were scattered across the bed, and the curtains would not fully close. Even when the door was shut, there was a significant gap around it, which raised concerns about security and privacy. Additionally, I noticed some symbolic material on the property which could be associated with a gang affiliation, which added to the discomfort of the stay. Overall, the condition of the hotel was far different from what was portrayed online.

Old furniture, dirty, rips in the chairs, room was not clean. Stuff still in the refrigerator. Will not book here again.

Nothing. Not coming back for sure. All worn out all and not clean. I arrived late night and staff was not nice. Breakfast is NOT breakfast. It was just a cup of coffee and a snack. Is it called breakfast today?

Location Old, dirty, staff unmotivated Grounds rooms not kept up

I have been here many times in the past. I do not know what has happened here. Everything is run down on these rooms! Hands down the most frustrating expert. NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. ZERO CONCERN FOR COMFORT! They could probably head off most complaints by simply telling you that some things are not happening here like they would at a normal place. NO COMMUNICATION! DIRTY AND SLOPPY ROOMS! I ASKED TOR WIFI SND NOBODY TRLLS YOU TO SIGN UP ONLINE IN ORDER TO GET THE AIR CONDITIONER YO WORK- that might not even be true because I dined up and still never found it. Broken shower. Door to the room doesn’t lock. This is after changing rooms. New management? New people? Something has gone very wrong here. $200 ABSOLUTELY NOT ANY KIND OF A DEAL. Don’t waste your time and money

The only good part of my experience was parking was readily available. The room was dirty and worn out. The sofa was really old and the cushions sunk in. The lights were missing bulbs and the microwave didn't even work. My key card kept deactivating and I would have to constantly go up to the office and get it reactivated. The free breakfast was just grab and go muffins and granola bars. Everyday there was a police in the area as well. This place was more like a motel but was much more expensive.

1st thing they didn’t give us the room we booked. 2nd it was in horrible shape. Kitchen was only good for cooking meth. Hair in sink and bathtub. Pinkish mold around bathtub. Would of been fine for maybe $25 a night.

The rooms were very dirty they were hairs (not from someone's head) all over the toilet seat along with empty bottles of soda underneath the bed that look like they've been there for multiple stays. There were addicts running around the place all night. staff seemed like they just wanted to look at us and walk away and hide around the back and then never return. The floors were seriously dirty they gave you no utensils to use for cooking they would give you pots with no spatulas we basically had to cook our food using a butter knife as a spatula and we also had to use a butter knife to eat with as instead of utensils. People seem to want to hang outside by their cars instead of in the rooms like they rented but with the state of the rooms I understand why. Cops were constantly patrolling the parking lot all day and night. If you're looking for a decent place to stay this is not it and coming from Irvine you would expect something good but this is actually one of the worst extended stays I've ever been to!

The room was not clean and badly maintained.
-
This place was a complete dump! I didnt think irvine had such trashy places! The dingy bedding looked like it was used to clean the floors, curtains were falling off the rod, had holes in it. There was hair from a previous guest in the shower & all over the floor, saw 1 dead roach in restroom & there was poop on the rim of the toilet obviously from the previous guest! I wouldn't stay here agian if it was free!!!!

Kinda run down but you get a kitchen
