SpringHill Suites Irvine John Wayne Airport/Orange County

Breakfast was not well stocked, the eggs were watery and undercooked, the waffle mix was empty. There was a lot of flies inside the hotel and in the hallways. There was mold in the shower of our suite. The hallways were very hot and not well ventilated

When we first got there to check in the staff was very friendly but we noticed the dirty floors in the lobby and the elevator floor was very dirty with dirt stains and the room could use a little upgrade there were no USB connections and the room was ok I just think it needs a little TLC the fire pit was dirty trash on the floors but breakfast was good the hotel overall just needs a good maintenance the handrail on the elevator was missing it looked like it was ripped off but the price for the room was good and we travel a lot and I think this was one of the worst I stayed in

We enjoyed our time in this hugely and would highly recommend it. 10/10. Great breakfast, free parking and clean rooms.

Why the 3 stars? Staff nice, hotel nice, room nice, clean, helpful blah blah. The bathroom door to the toilet doesn’t close. It’s a barn door with no latch. The layout is weird. It’s just not family friendly and if your pee shy… then don’t bother

Amazing stay, really friendly staff.

The staff were really helpful and kind. All the people at the front desk throughout the day were lovely despite the high demand. They were apologetic when we had to wait a bit, which I didn’t mind since it was a weekend.

It was close to the venue for the event we were traveling to attend. We were able to Uber to another activity that was close by too. It was a short stay, but we enjoyed the service, facility and free breakfast.

Good customer services

The area is quiet and the hotel environment is quiet. Pretty open parking as we are staying on Sat for one night. The staff is fine. The room is spacious and the room we got was toilet and shower room separated. However, the shower water pressure is not strong at all. The room is cleaned. The pillow is kind of soft for me.

I like that one of the workers ended up helping me after the rube employee was trying to charge my card twice and take the money twice I think that's a thief
