Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the staff is not helpful whatsoever. Horrible service.

Had very soft sheets on the bed! Softer than most hotels ! Slept well. Room was clean, floor was quiet. Hotel was very busy at check in due to evacuation issue in nearby cities. Assist Mgr was helpful even with the crowd.

Parking was terrible and confusing. Breakfast was pricey for what it was.

The bed was nice and comfortable. Pool was cool, but nice for a morning swim. I was evacuated from my home due to the chemical spill in Garden Grove CA. I ran into several other guests who were in the same situation as me. It would have been nice to have the hotel staff recognize our distress and maybe provide a slight break on the room price, or free coffee. My coffee maker didn't work, and I called the front desk for a replacement. It never came. A guest invited me to have coffee from her breakfast perk. Also check in girl continued to monitor her personal phone texts as she was checking me in. She kept scrolling and checking her phone as I tried to get checked in.
