Location was great for skiing. Good breakfast served at Madeline hotel just around the corner from Petit Madeline. Room was clean and comfortable. Walkable to many restaurants and two grocery stores.

The cleaning lady didn't really clean, but only put new sheets If you come after 9 in the morning there is not much food. To eat

Location excellent. SPA facilities perfect when the SPA was quiet it was bliss Apartment was well equipped Apartment was dated and the living space was not cosy / comfortable for 2 people. There was a table / chairs for 6 (took up too much room). The sofa faced the entrance door SPA was really noisy at times - eating and smoking in the jacuzzi

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious appartment. Cleaning everyday and breakfast. Use of wellness of the hotel was great. Appartment had some technical issues with lights and noise of ventilation. Kitchen supplies were bare minimum. We didn’t need it but it was not complete.

Location was amazing. There was a tunnel connecting to lifts. Also being able to use the spa at hotel madelaine was great. Staff was friendly. Although nothing has happened, the ski room did not feel secure. Anyone could literally walk into the ski room from the garage and grab anything they wanted.

Location was perfect, staff amazing. Francs reception guy was amazingly helpful, breakfast young lady was so lovely and the cleaner was delightful too. Customer service was outstanding ? There is not one thing we didn’t like the property catered for all our family.
