Clean room, very spacious.

He seemed to be impatient with the hotel guests before us and took it out on us. We waited over 20 minutes to check in. I mentioned to him that we were waiting a long time and had asked if he had handed back my driver license ID. Guvance stated “ I can just cancel your reservation .” I was shocked and asked “ why we have paid our reservation through third party and you would have to give me my money back.” He scolded us and said “ I reserve that right.” Guvance said this in front of 6 other couples who were waiting behind us. He begrudgingly issued our room keys. I have never been treated like this by hotel staff in my life. As a physician, I can’t imagine talking to a patient like that. I later spoke to two other guests behind us who also reported the same disrespect.

Clean room only minor issue is no vending machines on floors. Ice machines on all floors though. Not much of selection for purchase in lobby if you want late night snack. Can get bottled water and canned sodas at bar on site.

The staff was super friendly and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean our rooms were. This hotel gave us a clean and safe environment to sleep in. I will definitely return the next time I am in NJ

Room was clean and spacious. Overall service was very average. Coffee powder was not provided in the room on a daily basis. Even after asking it was not provided. Breakfast options were not good.

I didn't know other people (staff) would entry your room looking to steal your money and valuables. That is an issue. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Room had a smell of mildew and sink dirty and cracked notified staff and front desk notified me no other rooms where available which I feel was impossible hotel seemed empty but I can’t be sure I guess

This hotel was fantastic! Spacious , clean and comfortable - convenient to the NY area- with very hospitable staff. We just booked this hotel again for our next area stay in August. Highly recommend this hotel!
