Everyone at the hotel is extremely friendly and pleasant. They're really there to accommodate you. They understand it's the hospitality business plus they have an indoor and outdoor pool always clean. The rooms are always clean. It's always pleasant to go back there.

I had a terrifying experience at Delta Woodbridge. I got in around 6 a.m. I called for towels around 8ish. I had to call from my personal phone because the room phone would ring with no answer. I received the towels promptly. I took a shower after getting the towels. While oiling up someone tried to enter my room. I called out to ask them to identify themselves. No one said anything and closed the door. Had I not had the door stop on they would have had full access to my room. I'm a single woman traveling with a friend and toddler. No one should have entered our room at ALL! I even had late check out so there was absolutely no reason for anyone to enter my room. I was on edge the remaining few hours I was there even putting my suitcase behind the door. I reported the issue to the front desk. I couldn't get through on the phone so I spoke to the agent at the desk while I was checking out. She acknowledged how scary that would be for her. She took my number and assured me that management would be in contact with me. It's been 2 days since I've checked out. I called back this morning to inquire about the incident. They lady took my number and again said that management would call me. As of now I have yet to hear anything. One of the reasons it's so scary traveling as a single woman is situations like this.

Emergency fire alarms kept going off & evacuations had to be made numerous times & the explanations were there was a problem with the boiler. There was no microwave inside the room & I was given a handicap room. I further was surprised that your establishment held a $100 per night deposit for the stay. Note no other Marriott hotel that I stayed at does that including the one I just recently stayed at by the Newark Airport which was a lot better. No comment

Day staff was good but night time manager was very rude. we came here for my son wedding and we almost had more then 10 reservation

1st, when we checked in we were told the original room we booked (king room) was not available” “we had a lot of check ins yesterday” they gave our room away. And offered us a “grab to go” breakfast which absolutely sucked. 2nd. On the day of check out. We only had a $20 dollar bill and my husband went down to the bar/breakfast area “can we get change please” then very rudely “we don’t do that” they wanted us to buy something and wouldn’t give us change. So the poor maid did not get her tip due to your staff.

The only part I didn’t love was the bathroom and lack of bright lighting. Toilet seemed exceptionally low…not great for older knees. The room was clean. Staff was helpful. Or requested/booked room type was not amalgamate so they “upgraded” us to a room on a higher floor with two beds and have us continental breakfast vouchers. Restaurant was more of a lounge area and food was served in to-go containers. Food was delicious! Drinks were decent but a bit pricey. Great area overall. Lots of food options close by. Plenty of onsite free parking.

A fine place. Great location for the convention I was attending and helpful, friendly staff. Nice pool, too. Only potential issue would be that the parking lot could probably do with painting, resurfacing, but that's a very small thing. Overall, very happy with my experience here.
