All services and staff is very welcoming we enjoy very good .

Breakfast was generally fair, but there were a few issues. The scrambled eggs were too runny for our preference, bread was not available, and the waffle machine was not working properly. Overall, the stay was acceptable, and there were some positive aspects, but the sleeping arrangements, availability of basic bedding, and breakfast setup could definitely use improvement.

The gym is excellent- very clean, amble good equipment- much better than other hotels in similar price range. No gluten free breakfast options and limited fresh fruits.

Our experience started off on a rocky start from trying to check in and the employee was talking to someone in his own air pods telling them my information as in “(first name) (last name) is staying 2 nights, youll be in room (#) and are you a member? Yes you are.” I found this extremely weird and uncomfortable that someone was listening in on my details when checking in. Also, since they were on the phone, the employee barely spoke anything about the hotel we were spending $400 to stay at. They didn’t even try to tell us hours of breakfast or where elevators are etc.. Other than that experience we had no issues, breakfast was good and rooms were clean. We do wish there was room cleaners that came during the day.

The hotel smelled very clean. Free hot water, tea, and coffee were available all day. The internet connection was good, too. The breakfast could have been more varied.
