For a Japaness hotel the room was a good size and very well equipped. Of course nice staff. Of course TOTALLY clean. Location not only is next to the port but you can see it from one side of the hotel. Happy to stay there again Very little

Breakfast selection was amazing, so many choices and not enough capacity to enjoy all! Start time is perfect for planning a long day of activities but not early enough if catching an early flight. Parking was expensive if you leave your rental car for a day exploring other islands via the ferry.

Location was excellent. 5 mins from ferry terminal and behind is the bus terminal.

This hotel is right across the street from the Ferry terminal. So convenient. There is a bus going directly from the airport to the Ferry terminal without any stops and there are other buses well with many stops in between. Most of the guided island tours meeting point is at the entrance of the Ferry Terminal and you can take boat and do your own island tours. The hotel room was spacious, clean and balcony and good view. The breakfast was pretty good. Staffs were very nice. Restaurants, shops and convenient stores are close by. Nothing really.

The hotel was clean and had amazing service. 10/10 would recommend this to any of my friends or family. The location and buffet was everything I wanted. Would stay here again!

I stayed at the new building, and the room had a balcony facing the harbor which is nice. The room was very clean and new, I really enjoyed my stay. The location of the hotel was also extremely convenient (just right across the harbor, which is the start point of most off-shore activities/tour). I also participated in the hotel's private tour to Kamaya island and saw many cute rabbits. The hotel staff don't speak too much English, but they are generally very willing to help. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to everyone. p.s. The hotel also has a policy which if you agree to skip room cleaning, you'll receive a coupon for dining. I really liked the idea of environment preservation, and also enjoyed spending the coupon at breakfast. Nothing really. I haven't had a chance to check out their pool and SPA so cannot comment though.

Location was excellent, room comfortable but pillows a bit hard Could not use pool due to maintenance but not advised of this. Pool closes at 5.00 which is too early.

Perfect location five minutes from the center and the port and very close to the bus terminal where buses to the airport also depart and arrive. The structure is very large and is divided into a renovated part and an older one. The rooms in the new part are large and functional, some also have a comfortable balcony. Everything was very clean both the rooms and the common areas. The hotel offers various restaurants, a large public bathroom, an internal shop, various drinks dispensers spread throughout several points and convenient washing machines and dryers that work very well and quickly. The staff is helpful, and present day and night. The clientele is mainly Japanese, Chinese and Korean, therefore the hotel is not particularly familiar with Western customers. The welcome drink available every day at the entrance is kind with jasmine tea, lemonade made from local lemons and awamori. The hotel offers massage reservations at a reasonable price One day the room was not made up at 4 pm, but the staff resolved the problem immediately

There’s no free parking at the hotel. The parking at the hotel is ¥100/hour. I suggest parking at the ferry terminal across the hotel since it is ¥50/hour from 20:00 to 08:00. Internet was unstable in the room.

Great location right by the boat terminal and bus station. In the city center close to restaurants. Nice bath house and good breakfast with lots of options. Friendly check in staff and offered eco cleaning. There was a terrible smell in the room due to old carpet.
