Elements of the Island

Excellent accommodation. Clean, well-maintained rooms, with everything you need. The place provides extras like drinking water, beach chairs, and more. Delicious breakfast. Early check-in was possible, a rare thing so far on our trip to Mexico. Above all, Madjid, who goes above and beyond and patiently answers every question and request, making sure the place works great.

The staff, the cute courtyard, the rooftop lounge area, the wonderful attached cafe. Breakfast not included, but they gave us a discount, and it was delicious! We never even considered getting breakfast anywhere else. They also provided beach towels, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, so don't worry about bringing those. And listen to their recommendations for island restaurants and destinations: every one was a winner! The location is also fantastic. Very short walk to the very beautiful Playa Norte, and only one block over from the main tourist shopping street, which is beautiful, fun, and pedestrian-only. Very, very little that I didn't love. One suggestion: they could make it a little easier to clean off sandy feet and beach gear. Our floors would get a little gritty every day (although they were cleaned up perfectly with housekeeping the next day).

Great location (1 block from the main street and 3 from the beach), super fast internet (over 150MBPs, which is great for an island in Mexico), very comfortable and large room, and a great host that gave me great tips and was very accomodating. Nothing.

Madjid was super super kind and helpful. Very homey and reassuring to have him give us an in person walkthrough of the island on a map, made us feel very comfortable. The location is great and the place is squeaky clean. If you’re just here for the beach and to relax, you cant go wrong here. WiFi maybe could’ve been a bit stronger but I think it’s like that everywhere on the island. You shouldn’t be doing work anyway!

Love this property owners are lovely people

The accommodation is very central, next to Playa Norte and Playa Centro. They cleaned it every day. Thanks!!! I loved that he offered water to refill the bottles. This way there is less plastic so it contributes to having a more sustainable island. I wish all hosts would do this. We loved everything but to mention something, maybe it would be helpful to have a cloth in the kitchen and more hooks to hang clothes or towels. Other than that, all perfect. We loved the room, the accommodation and people working in it.

Not a complaint but if they upgrade the room it would be nice to have one full length mirror.

This hotel is awesome -- it's centrally located within a 5 minute walk to the main beaches of the island, was immaculately clean (and freshened up every day while we were out doing things -- bed made, bathroom trash emptied, etc), the bed was comfortable, and the staff was super helpful and kind. They also had beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers available to use for free, which I thought was a really nice touch (saves you a lot of money not having to rent a chair at the beach). (One other note -- the photos that are on booking now (may 2025) don't NOT do the room justice -- they make it look kind of dark and dingy, and in person it was well lit, clean, comfortable, and maintained well.)

The host was very nice and helpful with suggestions about the island. He also was made breakfast for us which was delicious. I would highly recommended this place. No complaints,

Wonderful host greeted us upon arrival and gave advice about activities and restaurants on Isla Mujeres. Perfect location near walk street and beaches but still quiet (because the rooms face away from the noise). Comfortable bed, strong AC, nice design of room. Free water refill. One block to walk street. Three blocks to west beach (our preference) or north beach (everyone else's preference). Free bag storage before or after stay. Really recommended! Higher room requires several stairs (just be aware if you have an injury). No breakfast or coffee included, but there is a little cafe attached (and plenty of nearby options!)

Our whole stay was really nice. The room was very comfortable and well located. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. Majid was very helpful and communicative from the beginning. He also helped us change our reservation due to a coming hurricane. Thanks a million Majid.

Well located location, big comfy room, the Host Madjid was awesome and provided insightful information. Beach towels were also provided. Near the center but very quiet.

Best location. 1 street over from restaurants, bars, shopping. It is not ocean front which for us was ok. Walking distance from ferry AND beach. Has beach chairs and umbrellas for use. Very safe. Host met us and gave us the 411 on Isla. Super nice guy. Small breakfast place in front. Try the green juice.....Overall great value, good matress, good A/C, good hot water, extremely clean, great location.

Everything was perfect! The hospitality, comfort, peacefulness, and location were better than expected. We always had cold A/C, warm showers, clean towels, and a comfortable bed. Our hosts were so kind. We will be back! Not a single thing to complain about.
