The A/C Cleanliness, no coffee,

Pool was larger and clean, nice patio and restaurant!

The smell in the room was awful. We had a cockroach in the bathroom. I expected more with the money I spent.

Since the last time we were there,its improved alot,grounds,pool,room were all great.Staff is friendly and works hard.

I so wish you had some English TV

Location is really convenient. Pool was 100% clean… but ice cold. I guess it’s the cooling system. Room looked scary, the balcony door didn’t close. We stayed 2 days, we had no hot water both days. The shower floor had mold. The whole property needs renovation.

The smell in the bathrooms is awful

Staff was very accommodating and dealing with Betty and Fabi was very pleasant. Would like to see coffee machines in the room for the morning. This was missed and would be a great option to add to each room.

Perfect location, directly across the street from the beach. Restaurant on site. Clean pool. Massage available pool side. Spacious clean rooms.

The room smelled a little moldy.

Location, just steps away from the beach Nothing really, it’s an older hotel but they tend to keep up with maintenance

Staff was very friendly. Wish the pool was cooler, but I understand it's Mexico. They need more dishes in the rooms with kitchens.

Located across the street from the beach, able to walk to the main street shops. At night, able to walk to the main street restaurants section, and night shops. Great location, definitely, coming back and staying for a longer period.

perfect location (if you like the busy part of the island). Nice pool, nice restaurant. Rooms were fine, large but a bit outdated, but since it was my 1st visit to Mexico I didn't new that these kind of hotel(prices) all lack some maintenance. Nothing to worry about but missing tiles in the bathroom etc. Free towels for the pool, drinkwater in the lobby, close to several beaches and restaurants. staying far from the reception ensured not the best wifi, which is important to 12yrs olds.

Location. The Beach is just across the main avenue. It has a pool Parking is available. It is good since it is not common to find parking in this zone of the island Staff is very well mannered It is very comfortable to have breakfast at the restaurant There are 2 types of rooms at the hotel. The super old rooms and the renewed rooms. Unfortunately we received a super old room for one of our nights. The shower is disgusting. Tv is old They use blue / white lights inside the room as if you were at a hospital instead of using warm lights I think the price should be way cheaper.

The rooms , they are old the ones in the front area. The floors where not clean and towel are old.

Great location. You can easily walk to the beach restaurants, groceries, drinks etc our room had white light that made us feel like we were in a hospital. They had warm yellow light at the lobby and it was much better

Close to ferry and island best beaches Property is dated. Although the pool is nice it can be cleaner and more modernized for added value. Restaurant at property not inviting at all. Although the location is great we don’t recommend having meals at the hotel.

They charged us $37 more than agreed upon, the dirty balcony with 2 dirty chairs too .
