Very beautifully maintained. Liked everything primarily. However Wish there were more restaurants to choose from. Also, some of the hotel staff at reservations were a bit rude or it would take a while to get help. Overall, majority were wonderful.

I liked many of the accommodations, proximity to the ferry terminal, food options, staff’s hospitality, and pleasant guests. I had one issue where my breakfast order was not fulfilled during the requested time by the correct people. After talking to a few managers I was comped another meal which was nice.

Privelage Aluxes is my very own little slice of paradise. It has never let me down. Peaceful, beautiful, relaxing. My only complaint would be the booking.com credit card that I received for this trip didn't work, no reason given, customer service couldn't help, so luckily it wasn't my only card on hand, if it had been, I would have been In trouble. Thanks for nothing, booking.com.

Pool Music We did have good music from a DJ on a Sat night.

Hotel is very clean, the pool is great and all other facilities are good. Location is also perfect. Unfortunately, $100 went missing from my room during my stay. I reported it to management, but I did not feel the matter was handled seriously or investigated thoroughly. I cannot prove what happened, but I left without any explanation and feeling very disappointed. Make sure to keep all valuables in the safe.

Location was perfect. Beach across small street but perfect and grill at the beach terrific. Pool awesome and our room was very large. We loved the stay.

Staff and location Not very much authentic Mexican food…no tortillas with breakfast?!?!

Friend The food/quality Staff was friendly

All the creature comforts of a resort with a beautiful beach, yet in the heart of the local scene door key didn't work without trying multiple tries. housekeeping didn't respond to our notes for shampoo and coffee refills for a couple of days despite tipping them daily. only 1 toilet at the pool. had to wait in line to use the toilet several times. resort communication wasn't the best. they changed the wifi code without letting us know so we had to go to the front desk to learn they had changed it.

I didn't have really any complaints but the room was a little bit too hot so it made it a little uncomfortable.

Breakfast buffet could be better.

The service from the staff is amazing definitely at 10 they make the vacation a blast. 24 hour room service was stunning to me. Location is perfect right by Playa Norte, the food is delicious and rooms are what you paid for with great cleaning service everyday. I’m glad they fixed the pool temperature—that was a big improvement. Overall, I’d still rate the resort a 9. However, there are a few areas that could make the experience even better. For an adults-only resort, it was surprising that there aren’t any clubs or nightlife options on-site. Also, the policy of ending the all-inclusive benefits at 12 PM on the day of departure was disappointing; in my experience, most other resorts allow guests to enjoy amenities until they leave. The food was great overall, but it would be nice to see more variety from day to day. Additionally, increasing availability or capacity for the reservation-only restaurants would help more guests enjoy those dining experiences. With a few adjustments in these areas, the resort could easily elevate the guest experience even further.

Got violently ill from something I ate.

The beach and food were excellent
-
I think best part was the beach, very clean in compare to other places There were several details like bathroom breaks at room, also buffet was only at breakfast, I wish it would be more, some waitresses were a bit arrogant, beach club food nothing special, there were two toilets on the beach area almost always dirty, first day we arrived hotel was out of beach towels, for the price you pay you don’t expect these errors

Very spacious room, helpful staff, lovely well kept property. Having both beach and pool access was great. The location in the north of the island was ideal - 1 minute walk to the main area with restaurants and shopping etc. Nothing

Pool was dirty

Some of the waitstaff's uniforms at the beach club were really dirty.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. It is conveniently located about an eight-minute walk from the ferry, close to both the central beach and the north beach of Isla Mujeres. The setting is ideal: quiet yet central, within easy walking distance of the beaches and the main restaurant street. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. While a group ahead of us was checking in, the team remained patient and attentive, and even treated us to drinks and a sandwich as we waited. Every staff member, including the security personnel, was exceptionally friendly. Our room was fantastic. A spacious upper-floor room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, lovely views, and windows on two sides that allowed for great natural airflow. The shower was excellent as well. The pool area looked beautiful, though we didn’t have a chance to use it. The beach was stunning and we spent most of our time there, but the pool was busy when we arrived and aince we were staying only one night, we simply ran out of time. Breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive variety of options. We also had lunch at the beach club, which was pleasant but fairly average in terms of food quality. We had booked a room with only breakfast included and chose to have dinner in town; it was more expensive than dining at the hotel and only slightly better. There wasn’t anything we truly disliked, but the pool area was quite crowded in the afternoon, making it hard to get service at the bar. The beach club service was pleasant, though less attentive than the exceptional service at the hotel itself. We also waited quite a while after providing our documents during pre-check-in, so streamlining that process could improve the experience.

Clean design. Lights at night. Cold hot tubs. Pools closed too early. Beach beds too far away from the water. The TV glitched in and out every 1-2 minutes. Rude bellboy (man) placed a customers luggage in front of us as we waited in line for check in and told the customers to butt in front of us. Ran out of towels before the day was over. Didn’t like the upselling.
