Our favorite part about this hotel was the staff! The service the staff provided was truly exceptional. The pools are second, loved the rooftop pool. Our room had a very pungent mildew smell that just lingered the whole time we were there. It was very unpleasant and disappointing. They did try to solve the issue but the solution didn’t really work.

We love the location. Huge bonus you can go from the pool to the ocean. DJ was playing music too loud at the pool during the day.

Good restaurant, friendly restaurant staff. No wifi, no tv, no fridge, damp sheets , not the greatest for sleeping. Found a 2 inch cockroach in our room. I squashed the cockroach, wrapped it in a paper towel, and presented it to the Front desk staff who were very indifferent and unapologetic to the situation.

No refrigerator in room was pretty annoying. Food and drinks are pretty expensive. Can’t really go into the ocean there without water shoes.

I like the location and most of the staff. However I didn’t care for the people in charge of rendering rooms. They booked us is the wrong room and tried to charge us extra for the right room and it’s very cold at night and they don’t have a heat system or any tv. They have a tv but it never worked for the five days that we were there I love the view

Lovely pool, very clean rooms. Cleaning and front desk people were very nice. Restaurant staff had very inflexible rules. Made us feel like criminals when asked for a couple of bowls and spoons to eat yogurt in our rooms. The grill area was very smokey and prevented one from eating at the few outside dining tables facing the water. Music was blasting from mid-morning to late night at the pool/beach area could be heard from all corners of the property, not allowing for one to relax on their porch. The music was very repetitive and uninspired. Although the room was clean, there was an extremely heavy smell of cleaning agents after each cleaning. Had to open front and patio doors to air it out. Liked the quiet part of the island, but would’ve appreciated option of bike rentals as it was a bit isolated. Very few dining options around.

I loved the room, it was beautiful. The layout of the hotel, the pools were amazing. After i checked in with my credit card, my information was leaked and i started receiving charges.

I thought the staff was very nice and helpful, the staff is what made our stay so nice. The beach was pretty unusable, I was led to believe we could snorkle off the beach but not only was this not the case but there really wasn't much beach there at all. There are also no refridgerators in the room so my husband and I had to buy a cooler at a department store to keep our drinks cool. They also rented golf carts but you could only pay in cash so we ended up rented from an outside source. Lastly on our last few days they seemed to have run out of clean towels so we said we would be fine using beach towels.

We like everything except for the food. Need better breakfast if you are going to charge high price. Menu options are limited. Drinks need to be mixed better for the price. You will sell more if you hav better food & drinks. Also, need more than 2 bottles id water for the room pricing.

We were on the 5th floor right beneath the rooftop pool bar area. It was very loud and they play music incredibly loud until 10:00 or 11:00 every night. There's no refrigerator in our room, we asked for one and never received one

Very beautiful hotel! Very clean rooms lovely design great patio and view. Swimming pool area and bar were gorgeous. It’s about midway on the island between north and south e da. No loud party vibes. Peaceful!! and most outstanding was the staff. Everybody was very friendly and professional. Only that the beach was beautiful, but it had a lot of seagrass at the time that I was there so it wasn’t a great swimming spot. Still beautiful though!!

Paid for superior oceanfront room. Hotel poorly maintained, unresponsive staff, floors not cleaned, inadequate towels, They removed all their mini fridges from the rooms, had no table and chairs in the room.

The staff is excellent, the room service food is great and the brunch is good . I liked the whole experience.
