Good size room with a big terrace. Great bad ! I wish they had not so thick pillows. Woke up with my neck sore everyday

Location They could charge my business card that I book with, and never been told about, was noise and people around all the time due a renovation

The location was excellent, close to Playa Norte. The smell of the bathroom was horrible and unbearable, but once we expressed our concern to the staff, they immediately transffered us to another, nicer room with a lot bigger terrace.

We chose Hotel Kinch because it is walking distance from the Ferry dock, Playa Norte, restaurants & shops. If you get the suite #10 on the top floor, you can see the ocean in the distance. All other rooms face the street ( which can be somewhat noisy during the day & early evening but not all night long) or back alley. We used the golf cart rental next door. The rooms are spacious & bright and mostly clean and have a mini fridge. Daily housekeeping is available. Bring your own toiletries The front desk staff are average, not very friendly, but not rude either. The common area includes a lending library, microwave & toaster. The water dispenser there was empty most of the time. The sofa sleeper in our suite had a hole in it and was dirty. The few kitchenette items didn't look very clean, but we didn't use them. I appreciated the microwave & full refrigerator with top freezer

Room was spacious, close to everything bad experience with staff night person gone wild - banging on doors in the middle of the night - eventually police came - wifi didn't work in bedroom - kitchen items were not very clean - nothing to clean dishes with, no elevator

The room was comfortable and spacious. I had a horrible experience at Hotel Kinch. When I arrived at the hotel and paid for my week's stay using my credit card, the hotel's credit card machine showed that the transaction was declined. I phoned my credit card company and their records showed that my payment had been approved. I told the manager that my payment was approved but he gave me one hour to find another place to stay. One hour before he was going to throw me out of the hotel. I hope no one ever experiences the fear and trauma I felt.

Lower cost. Difficult to find with GPS. Thankfully a local noticed we were looking for something and gave us directions.

Spacious night reception had excellent service !

The location is ideal for walking around town. The room is clean and comfortable. The service is lacking. There is no breakfast or coffee as stated in some listings.

attentive staff, clean, and good for 1 night. bed was firm but slept very well on it. excellent location. shows a kitchen but very basic items included.

Great location. Close enough to the main shopping street but no so close that you hear the bands when trying to sleep. Very close to Playa Norte. 1 block from Mogagua for coffee and breakfast. 2 blocks from Guacamole Shower had no shower door, making the bathroom floor wet. Toilet seat in the lobby was not attached to commode. Mattress had a low spot, needs to be replaced. Other than that everything was excellent.

Microwave didn't work. TV didn't work, only 2 plastic chairs on the balcony.

Location, close to beach and a selection of good restaurants. Nice bedding and towels. Good A/C. The kitchen was poorly equipped (the frying pan burnt, only one pot) only wine glasses (no regular glasses), leak under the sink and also an unpleasant smell. No extractor fan. No toilet brush.

The room was very spacious. The hotel was very clean. Really liked the location. They have beach towels available. There were problems with my flush and air conditioner however both were addressed right away, very quickly. The breakfast left a lot to be desired however I read this in previous reviews therefore I brought my own bagels. The breakfast items are recycled daily ~ bread had mould on it and no knives for toast. They were constantly low on yogurt. Breakfast is not put out until 8 AM…many people were wanting it earlier - I know this as I was on the second floor right beside the breakfast room - would suggest you book a different floor if you’re not an early riser or light sleeper. Not anything the hotel can control but people should be aware of - dogs barking on the backside. The noise from the gulf art company attached to the hotel is very loud so no sleeping in the daytime.

The Location is amazing;in the heart of the island and super close to playa Norte where you want to swim. Room is super big and I must say you don’t find easily that kind of size! The stuff is accommodating- they let me check out later (3.30pm) for a little fee which was super nice. Bathroom a bit older and AC old
