Nice clean hotel right in the middle of Centro. Easy access to everything.
-
There’s a bar across the street, so music can be very loud at times. Also, it was very easy to hear people talk in the adjacent room .
-
Right on the main street on the Island. The bed. Mattress was horrible. Pillows were bad. Had to ask for more pillows. No blanket on bed.
-
The walls are thin!

Clean and the view is great Close to everything. El Patio across the street plays music all day Nice place but too loud. They do stop at 11 each night then all is quiet.
-
Good location considering the city center. Location considering beaches, ferry. Accommodations, comfort. Cost/benefit. Noise until 11:30 pm.

Location was great, walking distance from the ferry, right in the town centre. Very basic, but this was reflected in the price. Didn't give a give vibe when I was handed the remotes for the air conditioning and the tv at the reception.

At first the wifi signal was weak but then the stuff helped us fix this

This is the type of lodge that requests extra money for a late checkout when no other guests are booked in the room from a guest who has stayed a week in the same prepaid room. There’s a crazy annoying smoke alarm that beeps every 30 seconds in the corridor. The beds are hard. Walls are paper thin. You can hear guests coughing in rooms downstairs. The location is very good apart from the loud lounge across the street. Isla is no longer an inexpensive place to stay. Locals tell me it’s more expensive than Cancun. Food in grubby hole in the walls is the same price as in Los Angeles, the second most expensive city in the USA. It was a decent place to stay. You definitely don’t feel like a hosted guest, though.

Such a sweet place to stay for some nights in Cancun. Convenient location, great staff, comfortable beds and super clean. Plus: breakfast was amazing, we ate in the cozy little garden by the pool. Excellent coffee as well :) Highly recommended!

Central location Noisy.. the plumbing, the neighboring rooms… the staff talking in the hallway
-
Cerca de la playa, sobre la calle principal llena de negocios, habitaciones amplias

First of all the music at the Restaurant/Bar in front of the hotel stops at 11pm, so at least for us it was not an issue. That said, it's not a luxury hotel (it's a 3 star). In any case, it provides an excellent price vs cost ratio. Definitely recommended! All good.

Loved the location, we were on the back side so it was very quiet. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable! Staff are great!!
-
Location. Nice room Room was directly across from patio music venue so it was a bit loud. Ear plugs did the trick.

The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony. There was hot water in the shower with good water pressure. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. The staff was kind. The towels were changed daily. They also allowed us to leave the bags at the reception after check-out. The location was perfect - very close to the nicest beach on the island. There was no drinkable water provided and the kitchen wasn't equipped very well (no knife nor spoon). There were also loud and scary noises during the night (probably coming from some pipes).

I like a bed, but the beds were extremely hard. It is a little noise but you have to expect that with this location.
-
Perfect location on Calle Hidalgo, close to everything in Playa Norte. I had a room at the back, so there wasn't too much street noise and my balcony was private. Clean, comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. Wifi is really weak and kept cutting out, but it wasn't a major issue because I had a Mexican SIM card for data.

Super locatio, close to the beach and restaurants. Nice and clean bathrooms, everyday cleaning. Nice and friendly staff. In the offer they show that there is roof terrasse, but it wan’t acces during our stay. If you would like to use safe in the room you have to pay 1500 mxn or 100usd deposit for the key( it’s old type box)
