The staff were really friendly and helpful. I was greeted very warmly and professionally. All the information I needed was provided without having to ask. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had good pressure. There was ac. The hotel was on a quiet street but was close to the markaz (the main part of the city).3 mins walk. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. When I was checking out at 1am I was struggling to find a taxi on my phone app so they helped me get a taxi at a very fair and honest price. I would definitely stay again. Thank you. There was nothing I didn't like but if there is anything I would change is perhaps not have to be allowed in and out by security, but I guess it's there for a reason. Maybe to have a window for a view.

Following attractions were noted during the stay: 1. Staff was so helpful, kind and very much cooperative. 2. Full time security. 3. Location was good but bit far from superstores and restaurants. This hotel attracted me as it is near to diplomatic enclave where all the main embassies are located. 4. Room Charges were cheap comparatively. Also mini bar rates were quite acceptable. 5. Breakfast was good. 6. Very cooperative while booking and checking in as I checked out lately without extra charges. 7. Multiple options in Minibar. 8. Free internet 9. Hot and cold water available Although stay in this guesthouse was good but following were missing: 1. No lift in the property. It seems difficult for families. 2. Room view was not as per the details of booking. Windows and curtains were difficult to open. 3. Outside noise was disturbing when it was raining. Overall room was quite. 4. TV was not properly hold and it had chance to fall off when opens the door of refrigerator. 5. No signboard of hotel / Guesthouse to easily reach to property. 6. Quality of toilet accessories need to be improved. 7. Used minerals water bottle was in placed in minibar.
