Nosing and no have hot water

Disappointing..... A disappointing and luke warm breakfast...The.Fan in bathroom was not fitted and was useless.

The location was nice. The washroom was not in a good shape and the place was expensive compare to the cost of money.

Moreover, there is no facility available for card payment. Instead they asked to visit nearest ATM and pay the bill by cash. This shouldn't be there as per the location and the hotel. Nothing here attracted me, but i thought it was a wastage of Money. 1- Room condition (wear and tear observed) 2- Additional matres was very uncomfortable 3- Door lock was faulty while locking with key 4- TV cable was not there 5- TV remote was not working 6- Average breakfast, not a good taste Even after complaining for point 3, 4, 5, they didn't bother this and didn't rectified unless i asked them 3rd time

They inform me a day before that the breahfats start at 08.00 AM. As the hotel located in the capital of the country where people are busy, that breakfast timing IS TOO LATE. I had speacial request if they could arrange breakfast at 7.30 because I will be leaving to Lahore at 08.00, they said yes they can. And guest what??? Of course there was no breakfast at my request time. They tried to prepare but it’s too late. At 7.55 They gave the breakfast and we already about to leave the hotel and we had no time.

Caring staff and a clean large room in the best area of Islamabad, F7. Good and simple breakfast. Nice people and attentive staff. I fot sick and one staff member walked me to the pharmacy. In 12 hours I was up and going again. His kindness touched me. Thank you Atlas. Much better value than the rest of hotels around there. Love it all

Best option to stay

Rooms are nice and clean, unless you want a room with an actual balcony… I booked a room with a balcony… wasn’t given that. Was sent to go see another room. Once again, there was no balcony. For the 3rd time, I went up to see another room that had a balcony…. AND THERE WAS NO BALCONY!!! Now I had to question if the staff understood what a balcony even was because there’s no way you keep showing me rooms that do not lead outside in anyway shape or form. Then finally, the 4th roll had a balcony, but that room was much more run down than the other rooms. Which is what made him not want to give me it to begin with, but if he was just honest about the situation it would’ve been a lot better than having me go upstairs 3 times for NO REASON! Anyways, like I said that specific room was very run down, carpet not attached in areas. But I still took it because I wanted a balcony. Other rooms without balcony are much much nicer.

The staff was very professional. No hassle. Everybody was so friendly. The location was exceptional. I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast. It was very good for the families to go over there and book their stay with them. I totally recommend it. They can change their pillows ?

Cleaness of Rooms, Ac cooling very awsum. Breakfast services with hot coffee my favorite. Smart TV in rooms with wide view. Perfect Everthing
