Their coordination with reservations made through Booking.com is the worst. They accepted the advance deposit but denied the reservation on arrival. It took more than 45 minutes to resolve the issue, as the Duty Manager and other front desk staff kept on insisting that my reservation cannot be entertained due to subsequent occupancy by a corporate client. We had the worst experience of our lives. They have poor guest service. Bedding isn't too clean as it has caused skin rash as well. Perhaps they did it on purpose.

location was good There was no room privacy, i had room 233 which hahad interconnecting door to other room and the next room guest voice could be clearly heard and was quite disturbing. I called reception to change my room as AC was making noise also but the receptionist asked to wait 15mins. Sadly there was no reply. I had to stay in that situation

Location is very good, right next door to Safa Gold Mall and several shops and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious, well equipped, but quite old. All staff menbers were kind and helpful The hotel is quite old, all furniture, curtains are quite old and worn out.

The entrance lobby was very impressive. Staff is very friendly and professional. Customer service is next level. Breakfast brunch was excellent No balcony in the room . The approach to the Hotel from the main road is shabby, needs to be improved. Washroom needs upgrading.
