Excellent facilities and very well-appointed rooms. Great location. The room lacked a sofa or couch. Basically there was no place to sit except on the bed or in a very tiny office-chair. No buffet breakfast; you have to order from the menu. Didn’t like it. Price is very steep.

My first experience of a hotel stay in Pakistan and i was extremely impressed. Having travelled across the world staying in luxury hotels, the townhouse is 100% up to scratch with international standards. Clean, stylish & comfortable. The members of staff go above and beyond for your every need. I had a fantastic blow dry with Rashid in the salon. The room service was impeccable. Laundry service was excellent and timely. And the coffee shop attached to the hotel do a fantastic matcha! So happy we decided to stay here as we were considering staying at a different chain hotel nearby.

Highly recommended. Excellent quality of rooms, helpful and friendly staff - high enthusiasm shown by each and every one of them throughout the stay. Really liked the concept. Felt like a luxury hotel abroad. Don’t think there are many direct competitors for this one.

Beautiful hotel, appointed really well. The team went above and beyond to help me prepare for a traditional wedding. The design and aesthetic were amazing. I let the hotel know I had allergies (gluten, dairy) and unfortunately the restaurant was not made aware. The music soundtrack has three songs on repeat, which is a bit frustrating after 3 days.
