I really liked the smooth and hassle-free check-in and checkout process. All the services were well-managed, especially the breakfast, which was excellent. Overall, the service throughout my stay was commendable. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like during my stay — everything met or exceeded expectations.

It was away from hustle and bustle. I wanted to stay in a quiet location, although further away from shopping but it was worth the stay. Everything was good, but when I checked in it took longer when I had a night flight and I simple wanted easy check in but there was alot of faffing going on with staff. I was told to wait for the manager to arrive, after a wait he came and managed to resolve the issue. Overall other staff were helpful, friendly and as a female solo traveller I felt safe!

Breakfast was good, as well as location and vicinity to the main places in the city Staff (except Muaz) at the reception needs some training with how to deal with the guests. Every discussion with the manager (Rafey) was more of an argument rather than a discussion. He wasn’t a good listener at all. Simple things like small water bottles which are usually complimentary, were charged and hugely overpriced. Cleaning amd room service would only respond after 3-4 reminders

The staff was extremely professional and thoughtful. We were with an infant and a 5 year old. I would go as far as to see we were a demanding family but the staff left no stone unturned, especially Raja from the coffee shop, went the extra mile to look after our infants' dietary needs. Check in was nice and smooth. They had one restaurant and one coffee shop. Bbq area was under renovation at the time. Place is slightly away from main islamabad so not a lot of food options other than the hotel itself. We booked the chalet which all in all was decent, but since its near the garden we had to deal with mosquitoes. We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the diplomatic enclave, which was our main purpose of visit. All in all if you are in islamabad for business in diplomatic enclave its a great option

The staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean The toilet floor tile is extremely slippery when wet and not suitable for the shower. We had a few moment when we almost slipped and fall.

Front office staff , Was extremly helpful , especially Zain & Mahnoor. Location & ameneties are very nice and convenient. The staff never fail to put a smile on your face. Food panda dosent deliver / other delivery apps not much option for delivery.
